M&L for cleaning of UG/Semi-undeground/OH RCC sump of capacity 30000 gallons at lebong by following methods.- (a) Draining out reserved water by opening drain out valve/ dewatering system. (b) Removing all scale, dirt, mud inside the tank by using TERBACK G10 Chemical and scrubbing the wall of tank. (c) Cleaning indide surfaces of the tank with fresh water by high speed jet pump. (d) First bacteria screening for sterilisation by using TERBACK G5. (e) Cleaning the floor of the water tank by heavy duty industrial vaccun cleaner. (f) Second bacteria screening for sterilisation by using UV rays. (g) Third bacteria screening for sterilisation by using TERBACK G65. Note: (i) On completion sterilisation certificate to be submitted to the Engg-in-Charge. (ii) Re-writing the letter not exceeding 25 cm in high as 'Tank cleaned on indicating date,month and year of cleaning with synthetic enamel paint white in colour on black background. (iii) The quoted unit rate is included for removal of mud, grits & deposits etc properly from site of work.

M&L for cleaning existing reinforcement with wire brush/rotary wire brush to make surface free from rust scales, loose material, dirt etc complete and applying two coats of alkaline rust converting primer Sika Rust Off 100 or euivalent product of any other make as approved by CEEC/E-in-C branch with brush on the existing rebar for complete wetting of rusted metal surface and allowed to react it for 16-24 hours. After 24 hours, a white layer will appear which will protect further corrosion of metal / steel for about 5-7 days including surface preparation. Before applying protective coating, the surface should be wire brushed and thoroughly cleaned for dust with dry cloth, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note: Work to be executed by the authorised applicator of manufacturer only. Mild steel surfaces shall be pre-treated by removing loose scale from the surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for application of Ferrogard-903 of Sika or euivalent product of any other make as approved by CEEC/E-in-C branch as passivator/ Anti-corrosion coating to the steel reinforcement shall be applied. The material shall be two component, cement based polymer modified two component coating for corrosion protection. The material shall be prepacked and ready to use. It shall be fully compatible with reinstatement methods adopted. This shall include surface preparation and errection of steel porps as required for the application, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note: Work to be executed by the authorised applicator of manufacturer only. The thickness of coating shall not be less than 150 microns.

M&L for applying two coats pf Sikagard 67 or euivalent product of any other make as approved by CEEC/E-in-C branch, a water based epoxy coating certified for portable water on all over the concrete surface from inside. Apply the first coat by brush allow it to dry for 6-8 hrs and then apply 2nd coat and allow it to cure complete for 24 hrs. The coating shall be applied using brush application. The Thickness after two coating should not be less than 500 microns, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for pipe line leakage repairing work of any size or specification after disconnecting the near by joint and replacing the GI Fitting, short pieces as required and refixing the same, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking out old unserviceable/corroded portion MS sheet cover/ bottom plate/ top plate of MS tank of any size and shape and thickness 3-4mm replace or fix over existing MS sheet duly welded continuously to rectify leakages and fixed to suitable equal angle frame if required at site, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note - Payment shall be made as per actual weight of material.

M&L for applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint including preperation of old painted steel surfaces, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for two coats painting of pipeline of bore 80mm by using red/yellow/ sky blue synthetic enamel paint after scrapping / cleaning, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F in repair or in new position cast iron sluice Valve ISI marked of size 80 mm bore confirming to IS 14846-2000, flanged ends drilled having steel spindle with cast iron wheel at top complete with nuts, bolts, washers and gaskets or necessary fittings to control water flow in 80mm pipeline, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Demolition of unreinforced cement concrete in ground floors and pavings nexc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for hardcore of guage not exc. 63mm deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface of broken stone or boulders, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for PCC (1:4:8) type D2 ( using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for brick work with fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in in CM (1:6), complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brickwork in cement mortar 1:4 finishing even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for preparing newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of white wash complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note:- 1. The contract sum shall be calculated by deducting the amount shown in Credit Schedule attached to this tender, from total amount of Schedule 'A'/BOQ. 2. For Serial Item No. 6 to 8 - The firm/Contractor and the authorised applicator must provide warranty of 10 years for their work against the above mentioned serial item Nos.
