SITE DEVELOPMENT WORK: Cutting in earth work in by mechanical means all heights and depths in all kinds of soils, including saturated soils comprising of pick work , Jumper work and blasting work both in soft and hard rock with chiseling and wedging out of rock (Where blasting is prohibited) and their intermediate classification of soil including, dewatring where required, setting out to required lines, levels as shown on the drawing and directed by the Engineer-in - charge at site, according to the HP.PWD. specification of 1990( One Thousand Nine Hundred ninety) Volume-I (One) and sorting out useful and unuseful matreial and Transportation of the unuseful matreial for disposing at dumping site ( To be arranged by the Contractor) as per satisfacation of Engineer -in- Charge through all modes of transportation including head load , animal load or mechnical means along with its leveling fine dressing and with all kinds of labour, machineries, tools equipments and safety measures and incidentals necessary to complete the work by mechnical means and labour( If required). All useful material such as stone , shingles aggregate and slates Shall be properly Stacked at site to the maximum possible extent in all leads and lifts through all modes of transportation as per direction of the Engineer -in -charge . The recovery for stones, weather useful or not, for the minimum quatom of 21.99 cubic meter @ Rupee 300/- Only (Rupees. Three hundred) per cubic meter Shall be effected on pro rata basis in all circumstances. Any loss to the public and private property during the course of execution and disposal of serviceable and unserviceable materials shall be the absolute responsibility of the contractor and shall have to be duly compensated by him in all respects including all incidental charges.

Earth work n excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means in foundation trenches or drains including dressing of sides and ramming of including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated solil as directed with in all leads and lifts, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate including Royality, Malkhana, GST, Octroi, Toll Tax Sales tax or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated cement concrete 15:10 (one cement isto four sand isto eight graded crushed stone aggregate 40mm (forty millimeter) nominal size) and curing complete, in or under water, including pumping or bailing out water/dewatering, removal of slush which may arise at the time of laying under water complete excluding the cost of form work in foundation and plinth in all depths/heights as per HPPWD specifications or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts. The rate inclusive of Malkhana, Royality, Octroi, GST, toll tax or any taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm (Three point one five millimeters) thick, welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm (Thirty into Thirty into Five millimeters) so as to give a fair finish including centering, shuttering strutting and propping etc, with wooden battens and ballies, height of propping and centering in all heights. below supporting floor to ceiling and removal of the same for in – situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in foundation footings, basis of columns etcetera and mass concrete, including carriage of materials. Within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate including Royality, Malkhana, Octroi, GST, Toll Tax Sales tax or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing from work with steel plates 3.15mm (Three decimal one five millimeters) thick, welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm (Thirty into Thirty into Five millimeters) so as to give a fair finish including centering, shuttering, strutting and propping etc, with wooden battens and ballies, height of propping and centering in all heights below supporting floor to ceiling and removal of the same for in-situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in Vertical surfaces such as walls (any thickness) partitions and the like including attached pillasters buttresses plinth and string courses and the like excluding, landing, up to all floor level, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate including Royality, Malkhana, GST, Octroi, Toll Tax Sales tax or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying in position machine batched and machine mixed design mix M-25 grade cement concrete for reinforced cement concrete work, using cement content as per approved design mix, including pumping of concrete to site of laying but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement, including admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.(Note :- Cement content considered in this item is @ 330 kg/cum. Excess/ less cement used as per design mix is payable/recoverable separately) all works upto plinth level complete as per HPPWD specifications or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals.The rate inclusive of Malkhana, Royality, Octroi, GST, toll tax or any taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying Tor steel reinforcement of TATA, sail , Rashtriya Ispat or its substantial equivalent make for Reinforced Cement Concrete work including bending, binding and placing in position complete including cost of binding wire and other incidentals due for its completion up to all floor level complete as per HPPWD specifications or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental. The rate inclusive of Malkhana, Royality, Octroi, GST, toll tax or any taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying cement concrete in retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts, struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping, bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window sills, fillets, sunken floor etc., up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing as per HPPWD specifications or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts. The rate inclusive of Malkhana, Royality, Octroi, GST, toll tax or any taxes imposed by the Government. a) 1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 coarse sand) : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Providing and laying Second class Brick work in super structure above plinth level upto all floor level: Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 Coarse sand) as per Specifications, approved drawings, designs and entire satisfaction and directions of the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rate including of octroi, royalty, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax or other taxes imposed by the Government .

Steel work welded in built up sections/framed work including cutting hoisting fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required IN stringers treads landins etc. of stair cases including use of chequered plate wherever required all complete,as per HP.PWD., Specifications includng carriage of materials, labour, tool and plants through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, and as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. The rate including of octroi, royalty, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax or other taxes imposed by the Government.

15 (Fifteen) millimeters thick cement plaster in single coat on the fair side of brick/concrete/ stone walls for interior plastering up to all heights including arises. Internal rounded angles, chamfers and/or rounded angles not exceeding 80 (Eighty) millimeters in girth and finished even and smooth in cement mortar 1:6(One cement: Six sand)as per H.P. PWD. Finishing wall with weather proof exterior grade emulsion of approved design (Apexultima) or its equarlied on undecorated wall surface New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm) to give an even shade and final finish after throughly cleaning the surface to remove all dirt, dust and other foreign matter etc.with in all leads, lifts of materials and other incidentals as per approved drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Painting steel work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint to give an even shade. Two or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/10 sqm over an under coat of primer applied @ 0.80 ltr/10 sqm of approved brand and manufacture,as per HP.PWD., Specifications includng carriage of materials, labour, tool and plants through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, and as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. The rate including of octroi, royalty, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying 80mm thick ISI marked heavy duty precast cement concrete inter locking paver blocks vibro compacted upto M-50 grade i/c border or kurb block grey or coloured over sub-base of concrete (Sub base concrete floor to be paid for complete as per HP.PWD., Specifications includng carriage of materials, labour, tool and plants through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, and as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. The rate including of octroi, royalty, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded material conforming to specifications mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC carriiage of mixed maerial by tippers to work site for all leads 7 lifts spreading in uniform layears of specified thickness with motor grader on prepared surface and compaction with vibratory power roller to achieve the derired density complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-n Charge With material conforming to Grade-1 (Size range 75 mm to 0.075mm) having CBR Value-30,includng carriage of materials, labour, tool and plants through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, and as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. The rate including of octroi, royalty, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax or other taxes imposed by the Government.
