Earth work excavation and desposting on banks with initial lead of 10m and initial lift of 2m in hard stiff clay, stiff black cotton soil, hard red earth, shales, murram, gravel, stony earth and earth mixed with small size boulders et., As per SS 20B excluding hard rock requiring blasting inclusive of shoring shuttering, baling ojut water where ever necessary and including refilling consolidation etc., complete in all respects complying with relevent standard specifications and as directed by departmental officers.

Providing Anti-termite treatment to soil adjecent and under building foundation, plinth periphery of the building by application of chemicals of IS 63613 part I to IV in stages to suit the progress of work consist as per the detailed specification as below. Including breaking of termite mounds, making holes with crow bar, closing the holes after the treatment and including cost of chemicals, labour charges, transport and storing etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers. 1.The chemical to be used as insecticides for the treatment shall be Termite oil 20% (or) 50% EC and the application shall be dilute one part of chemical 20% or 50% EC with 19 or 49 parts of water to get 1% emulsion and strictly in accordance with the manufacturer's specification.( or)2.The chemical to be used as insecticides for the treatment shall be IMIDACLOPRID 30.5% S C  and the application shall be applied at 0.075% active ingredients concentration i.e. 2.1ml formulated product diluted 1 lit of water and strictly in accordance with the manufacturer's specification.

Supplying and Filling with M - sand in foundation and others sub structures for 100mm thick and well watered, rammed and consolidated by power compacter. The rate includes the cost of M sand, compacting with mechanical compactors, labour charges for leveling, loading & Unloading and Transportation charges etc., complete and as per the standard specification.

Plain Cement Concrete 1 : 5 :10 ( one part of cement, five parts of sand and ten parts of hard broken stone ) using 40 mm gauge hand broken hard broken granite stone jelly complying with standard specifications in foundations and basement.

Supplying and Filling Gravel in foundation and basement with filling crushed stone sand in layers of not more than 15cm.thick well rammed watered and compacted -1m3 etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Construction of Granular sub-base of 125mm compacted thickness by providing laying, spreading and compacting of Close graded Material conforming to Grading V of Table 400-1 of MORTH clause 401 ,mixing in a Wet Mix Plant of 200 tonne capacity at OMC, carriage of mixed material to work site, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller 8-10 tonne to achieve the desired density of 98% including protection of edges of GSB layer, cost of all materials, labour, hire charges of machinery, lighting, guarding, barricading, maintenance of diversion road, loading & unloading, all lead and lift etc., to achieve minimum CBR value of 30%(Compacted Thickness) in accordance with MORTH technical specification clause No. 401 and with all other incidental charges and as per the direction of the Engineer-In-Charge of work.

Construction of Wet Mix Macadam 250mm compacted thickness in two layers by providing , laying , Paving , and compacting of aggregate gradation satisfying to Table 400-13 of MORTH and satisfying the physical paraeteres as per MORTH Table 400-12, mixing in a Wet Mix Plant of 200 tonne capacity at OMC , carriage of mied material to work site and laid in sensor pavers to the required line and grade as per the drawing and compacted with vibratory roller of 8-10 tonne to achieve the desired density of 98% of Maximum dry density and as per the direction of the Engineer-In-Charge of work.

Refilling the approved good quality earth in plinths, area development etc. wherever specified in layers of not exceeding 200 mm thick., with available earth at site.

Supplying and erecting centering for sides and soffits including supports and strutting up to 3.30 m height with all cross bracing for plane surfaces as detailed below, using mild steel sheets of 90 X 60 cm 10 gauge stiffened with MS angle of 25 X 25 X 3mm for boarding, laid over adjustable span & jacks and supported by 50mm dia pipes for general pipes scaffolding systems @ a spacing of 1.20m c/c and vertical connected at a height of 2.0m c/c including 'C' & 'U' clamps and base receiver cup at bottom for connecting pipes etc and removable systems etc., the rate including cost of all materials, labour charges, wastages, placing, transportation, lead & lifts, tools & plants, fuels, fixing in position at all levels, heights, masking tape in sheet joints, consumables, etc. as complete with all respects complying with relevant standard specification, as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. a)For Column footing, plinth / grade beam, bed blocks, template surfaces, steps, piers, raft slab / beams and such other members

For Vertical surfaces such as vertical slab, side slabs of boxing, vertical drops, facia, vertical walls etc.
