Material and labour for scarifying or picking graveled, macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area not exceeding 400 sqm and depth exceeding 50 mm and not exceeding 100mm deep complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparing scarified top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt and applying tack coat @ 10 Kg per 10 Sqm using Bituminous Cold Emulsion Rapid Setting Grade-1 (RS-1) over WBM surfaces etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparing existing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes and using pressure blower and compressor for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt and applying tack coat @ 5 Kg per 10 Sqm using Bituminous Cold Emulsion Rapid setting Grade-1 (RS-1) etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Premix Bituminous Macadam with binder content of 4% by weight of total mix using paving bitumen of VG-30, laid rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient (Consolidated thickness 75 mm or less) with mechanical paver complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Bituminous Premix Semi Dense Asphaltic concrete 40mm consolidated thickness using paving bitumen of Grade VG-30 with 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix using hot mix plant and mechanical paver rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient with 8 to 12 tonne power roller complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for repair to potholes any depth, not exceeding 1 sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth, making good by applying tack coat @ 5 Kg per 10 Sqm using Bituminous Cold Emulsion Rapid setting Grade-1 (RS-1) and putting in premixed bituminous macadam using VG-30, well rammed and sealed with binder 9.8 kg per 10 Sqm, blinded with 0.09 Cum of stone chippings, 6.3 mm size and again well rammed (including supply of premixed macadam, binder and chippings) depth of hole exceeding 30mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Applying 2 mm thick road marking paint with reflective thermoplastic white road marking paint confirming to BS-3262 (1989), either continuous or broken lines over existing or new painting surfaces of cement or bituminous surface, laid down through road marking machine using thermo plastic material by incorporating the white glass powder for reflectivity in 100 mm width in white or golden yellow colour by using applicator machine fitted with profile shoe, glass beads dispenser, propane tank heater and profile shoe heater, including cleaning the road surface of all dirt, seals, oil grease and foreign material etc complete as directed and in accordance with applicable specification complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix Duo-directional CAT eyes (road studs) of size 90x110x17mm made up of weather resistant high impact polymer conforming to ASTM D4280 & having electronically welded micro prismatic lens with abrasion resistant coating & fixed with 2 Nos of polymer shanks of suitable dis & suitable adhesive conforming to IS as per procedure recommended by manufacturer and complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for broken stone or boulders hardcore of gauge not exceeding 63mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exceeding 15cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and as directed.
