Providing corrugated G.S. sheet roofing including vertical / curved surface fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm diameter with bitumen and G.I. limpet washers or with G.I. limpet washers filled with white lead, including a coat of approved steel primer and two coats of approved paint on overlapping of sheets complete (up to any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces), excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade exluding the cost of centring and shuttering-all work upto plinth level.

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12mm to 20mm in patches of area 2.5sq .meter sand under, including cutting the patchin proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing APP (Atactic Polypropylene Polymer) modified prefabricated five layer 2mm thickwater proofing membrance, black finished reinforcedwithglass fibrematt consistingof acoat of bitumen primer for bitumen [email protected]/sqmbythesamemembrance manufacture of density at25°C,0.87-0.89kg/ litre and viscocity 70-160 cps. Over the primer coat the layer of membrane shall be laidusing Butane torch and sealing all joints etc., and preparing the surface complete. Thevital physical andchemical parametersof themembrane shall be as under: Joint strengthinlongitudinal and transverse direction at 23° Cas350/300N/ 5cm. Tear strength in longitudinal and transverse direction as60/80N.Softeningpoint of membrane not less than150°C. Cold flexibility shall be upto-2°Cwhent estedinac cordance with ASTM,D-5147.The laying of membrane shall be got done through the authorised applicator of the manufacture of membrane.

Removing white or colour wash by scrapping and sand paper in and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repair scratches etc. complete

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade to give an even shade

Painting with ready mixed paint of approved brand and manufacture in all shades to give an even shade:

Centring and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for.

Weldingbyelectricplant incluidngtransportationofelectricweldingplantat site etc. complete.
