Plain Cement Concrete of (1:4:8:) proportion nominal mix (cement: fine aggregate: Coarse aggregate) using 40mm size HBG M/c (SS5) metal with concrete mixture including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, sand(unscreened), coarse aggregate, water etc. to site, all operational, incidental, and labour charges such as mixing, laying and ramming concrete in layers in position not exceeding 15cm, finishing top surface, curing concrete, overhead charges & Contractors profit etc., complete but excluding VAT & seigniorage charges, sales & other taxes on all materials,for finished item of work for Foundations (APSS No. 402).(50% Natural Sand+50% Manufactured Sand)

Random Rubble stone masonry, in CM (1:6) prop: (Cement: Sand) using hard granite stones from approved quarry including Cost and Conveyance of all materials like Granite stones, cement, sand, water, etc., to site including all operational, incidental, and labour charges such as cutting stones to required size and shape, mixing of cement mortar, constructing masonry, curing etc., complete for finished item of work for foundation (APSS No. 601 & 615).

Filling with useful available excavated earth ( excluding roxk ) in treanch side of foundations and basmnet with intial lead in ;layers not exceeding 15 CM thick Consolidation each deposited layers by watering and ramming including all Charges etc,

Supply and filling of gravel in trenches, sides of foundations and basement with initial lead in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick, consolidating each deposited layer by watering and ramming including cost and conveyance of water to work site and all operational, incidental, labour charges, hire charges of T & P etc., complete for finished item of work. (APSS NO. 309 & 310) including cost and conveyance of all material and labour charges, and contractors profit & over heads but excluding seignorage charges and VAT etc., complete.

Providing skirting to internal walls to 15 cm height/risers of steps with vitrified tiles equal to flooring stones, set over base coat of CM (1:3) 12 mm thick with cement slurry of honey like consistency spread at the rate of 3.30 kgs per sqm and jointed with white cement paste mixed with pigment of matching shade to full depth, including cost of all materials like Cuddapah stone, cement, sand and water etc., complete including seigniorage charges, etc., complete for finished item of work,

Supplying and fixing of Unplasticized Poly Vinyl Chloride (UPVC) 2 Track–2 Panel Sliding Doors duly manufactured using UPVC reinforced profiles(Composition of profile shall consists a minimum of 5.5 PHR of TiO2 and not more than 12 PHR of CaCo3 for every 100 parts of PVC resin) of 60 mm x 45 mm x 2.20 mm with reinforcement of 1.2 mm thickness, super sash with overall size of 39 mm x 75 mm x 2.20 mm with for sliding door shutter frames capable of mounting single glazing system, structurally reinforced with hot dip galvanized up to 50 microns of minimum thickness of 1.5 mm prefabricated & welded through fusion welding the door sash shall be fitted with 6 mm thick clear float glass of reputed make duly fixed with Grey colour TPV Gasket for sash & Glazing bead shall be co-extruded with Grey colour soft PVC. Door shall be provided with standard hardware & multi point locking system of bent handle espagulate .the system is to be installed at the site using anchor fasteners, silicon rubber sealant, easy glazing/ deglazing at site etc., including cost and conveyance of all materials, accessories, labour charges for transportation, erection at site complete for finished item of work.

Painting to new walls with 2 coats of water proof cement paint of apporved brand and shade over a base coat of approved cement primer grade I making making 3 coats in all to give an even shade after thourughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials, including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and all operational, incidental, labour charges etc. complete for finished item of work as per SS 912 for internal walls

Supply and fixing of Medum teak wood Door single shutter fully paneled door of size 1.50x2.10 mts with frame of Medum teak scantlings of size 100 x 65mm and shutter of side rails 100mm x38, top rail 100mmx38mm, bottom rail 100mmx38mm and intermediate rails of 100 x 38 mm and panels - 8nos 25mm thick with all fixtures complete including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges etc. complete as per specifications (APSS No.1001 & 1002) (CSSR).

Painting to new wood with two coats of ready mixed synthetic enamel paint first quality all shades over a base coat of wood primer making three coats in all to give an even shade after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all remains of loose powdered materials, including c/c of all materials, site and other taxes, all operationa, incidental and labour charges etc., complete for finished item of work in all flooring for external walls. (APSS No.1201,1207 &1212).

Electrical Work Supplying and Fixing of 25mm dia 2.0 mm thick PVC Conduit pipe concealed in wall with all required accessories including chiselling the wall whereever necessaty including masonary work for Light,fan and separate plug point wiht T.W.Deep box including all labour charges etc & complete.
