Demolition of brick work or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc. but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Brick work with sub class 'B' old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius, using old size brick, built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Brick work with sub class 'B' old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius, using old size brick, built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for half brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks, using old size bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius, built in CM 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on bricks, PCC block or stone walls etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick in cement mortor 1:6 on brick work or concrete surfaces or other than fair faces of brick work, finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick work / concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 and finished even and smooth without using extra cement and mixed with water proofing compound, complete all as specified and directed. Note :- WPC shall be measured and paid separately under respective item of this BOQ.

Supply only integeral water proofing compound, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for two coats of cement based paint over newly plastered surface of wall including one coat of chalk whiteningprimer including preparing the surface, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall and applying 1 to 1.2mm thick Altek/Birla white putty to obtain smooth and even finish with using sand paper and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion over one coat of alkali resistant cement based priming paint, complete all as specified and directed.
