Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor and pavings not exc 15 cm thick thickness below or above ground level complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100 mm thick cement concrete type B2 1:2:4 using (40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in floor finishes even to receive floor tiles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 40 mm thick cement concrete type B0 1:2:4 using (12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as in floor finishes even to receive floor tiles complete all as specified and directed.

Use and waste of formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams; and similar work; vertical or to batter, flat, rough finished surface of concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Forming Construction joints 30mm deep x 10mm wide, filled with sealing compound grade 'A' complete all as specified and directed Note:-(i) Joints to be provided using mechanical cutter. (ii) Joint filling to be done using masking tapes.

M&L for Forming 20mm thick expansion joints filled with pre-formed bituminous filler and top 30mm primed and sealed with sealing compound grade 'A' complete all as specified and directed Note:-(i) Joints to be provided using mechanical cutter. (ii) Joint filling to be done using masking tapes.

M&L for forming contraction (Dummy) joints 65mm deep x 10mm wide and filled with sealing compound of grade 'A'/bitumen mastic complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old decorated surfaces of steel of any description, over 10 cm in width or girth, not otherwise described and applying one coats of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing, supplying and installation of 08 layer acrylic synthetic flooring for basket ball court over plain cement concrete with following stages:- surface prepration, opening out visible hairline cracks and applying cracks filler wherever required followed by applying one primer coat of pro primer on total area further applying one coat of pro sealer (Resurfacer), then followed by 3 layers of cushion Redimix with cushion (rubberized) and one coat resurfacer seal coat. After curing further applying two layers of procoat colour on total area with line marking (first coat consist of colour mixed with silica sand and second coat consist of colour only). Note. the work shall be executed through specialized agencies/ applicators of synthetic flooring and material shall be approved of ITF standerd and colour of synthetic flooring shall be approved by GE/Engr-In- charge. the unit rate quoted by the contractor / bidder shall deemed to be included guarantee period of three years of date of completion. The security deposit amount shall be calculated as per the scale laid down by MES for calculated individual security deposit on the total amount of said item.

S&F of Basket ball post accessories (1 Pair = 02 Nos):- (a) Acrylic Fibre board of size 1.80 x 1.05 mtr of 30mm thickness. (b) Board supporting frame with L angle of size 20mm x 30mm x 03mm thickness. (c) MS Ring (Dunking ring) - 0.45 mtr dia and thickness of ring is 20mm alongwith nylon mesh net. (d) Acrylic board to be fixed with MS plate of size 200 x 200 x 3mm with the supporting 04 Nos anchor bolts. Note:- (i) The rates are inclusive of two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat red oxide primer for MS frame/ MS Ring. (ii) Rates are deemed to be inclusive of over and above items reqd to complete installation & fixing of Basket ball board.

NOTE : Two runs of 10 sqmm conductor for main and one run of 6 sqmm conductor as earth wire with proper colour coding including one run run of PVC conduit shall be measured as one unit length.
