Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m. a)All kinds of soil.

Providing and fixing unplasticised -PVC pipe clips of approved design to unplasticised - PVC rain water pipes by means of 50x50x50 mm hard wood plugs, screwed with M.S. screws of required length, including cutting brick work and fixing in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) and making good the wall etc. complete.

Providing and fixing precoated galvanised iron profile sheets (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-charge) 0.50 mm (+ 0.05 %) total coated thickness with zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by Engineerin- charge. Providing and fixing in position Kitchen Laminated Counter over head storage of Depth 300 mm and height 600 mm with 1 no shelf at centre , storage to be of desired length having Carcase made in Both side laminated HDHMR board of make Green/Action Tessa having white shade factory pressed laminate on both sides as sides/shelves/dividers/verticals/horizontals in 18 mm thickness , having backing of 12 mm thick both side laminated HDHMR Ply .Front to be made in 18 mm thick MR board with all edges of shutter to be fixed with PVC Edge bended tape in desired shade , full storage to be fixed in line and length to wall of approved design.All front outer area to recieve 1.0 mm thick laminate fixed with adhesive and all inner surfaces made in both side laminated HDHMR board as all internal sides/shelves/dividers/back of front and inside of back in white shade laminate , all complete as per entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. Providing and Fixing in position Loft storage with Front as shutters fixed on 100 mm board as border /chaukhat running all along the perifil of shutters , all structure made in Both side laminated HDHMR/HDWR board ,with shutters made in MR Board of make Green/Century/ Duraply hanged on rail hinges , works include framing of depth 100 mm in HDHMR board fixed to wall at all sides /verticals/dividers to accomodate front shutters , all framework of depth 100 mm and inside/outside of shutter pasted with laminate , shutters and framework to have PVC edge tape at all edges ,all complete as per entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. (Locks,handles/Front shutters/laminate to be paid in seperate items) {For payment purpose front area to be measured}.

Providing and Fixing shutters to existing storage in MR board of make Green/merino/duraply/Century hanged on rail hinges in SS finish ,edges of shutters to be fixed with required PVC tape on all edges , duly aligned with storage to recieve laminate on both sides of approved shade (all fittings such as handles/locks/tower bolt/1 mm laminate to be paid in another item ) all complete as per entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Deduct for taking away of C.P. brass/Brass bib cock, stop cock, long body bib cock, long nose bib cock, angle valve, ball valve, close hole basin mixer, C.P. waste in basin/ sink and the like received from dismantling. The material so received shall be the property of contractor after dismantling duly weighed/measured before removing from the site in the presence of Engineer-in-charge or his authorised representative all complete.

Deduct for taking away of SCI pipe fitting, centrifugal cast (spun)/sand cast iron pipes and fittings, C.I. flushing cistern, G.I. pipes and fittings, steel doors, window, ventilators, grill, round or square bars etc. and the like item received from dismantling. The material so received shall be the property of contractor after dismantling duly weighed/ measured before removing from the site in the presence of Engineer-in-charge or his authorised representative all complete.

Deduct for taking away of PVC connections, PVC flushing cisten with fittings, PVC over head tank, PVC bib cock, stop cock, ball valve, loft tank etc. and the like received from dismantling. The material so received shall be the property of contractor after dismantling duly weighed/ measured before removing from the site in the presence of Engineer-in-charge or his authorised representative all complete.

Deduct for taking away of aluminium butt hinges, sliding door bolts, tower bolts, pull boly lock, handle, door stopper, casement stay, tee chanals, plates, frames, shutters, partition, tubular sections etc. and the like received from dismantling. The material so received shall be the property of contractor after dismantling duly weighed/ measured before removing from the site in the presence of Engineer-in-charge or his authorised representative all complete.

Deduct for taking away of Wooden/plywood frames and/or shutters for Doors/windows/ clerestory windows, trusses, battens, particle board, glazed, wired, panelled etc. and the like received from dismantling. The material so received shall be the property of contractor after dismantling duly weighed/ measured before removing from the site in the presence of Engineer-in-charge or his authorised representative all complete.

Deduct for taking away of steel work in frames, shutters, trusses, channels, beams, Tee, angles, bolts, washers etc. and the like received from dismantling. The material so received shall be the property of contractor after dismantling duly weighed/ measured before removing from the site in the presence of Engineer-in-charge or his authorised representative all complete.
