Dismantling and taking out transformer of capacity upto 500 KVA, 11/.433 KV from its position for replacement, on plinth /2 pole / 4 pole structure by disconnecting & opening HV, LV Electrical connection, earthing connection along with transportation of transformer from site to GE (East) office yard by making necessary arrangement of T&P (Crane, recovery vehicle, tripoid to be arranged by the contractor as directed).

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of oil cooled copper wound step down transformer "BIS marked as per Electrical transformers (Quality Control) order 2014 issued by ministry of heavy industries and public enterprises & BEE star labelled as per DT notification issued by ministry of power" transformer of capacity 200 KVA plinth mounted outdoor type with latest feature complete with standard fittings, HT 11 KV 3 Phase, LT 433 volts, 3 phase 4 wire, 50 c/o oil immerse, naturally cooled (ON AN) externally cooling tube delta connection on primary HT 11 KV side and star connection on secondary LT 433 V with tapping at +/-5% and +/- 7.5% on HV side and to be changed by means of hand operated off lad tap changing gear including first filling of new transformer oil as per IS : 335 (mineral oil) of dielectric strength not less than 55 KV with all fitting and accessories such as LT box with cable gland, HT box with cable gland, silica gel, bearther, oil level indicator gauge, drain out valve (oil tank), exhaust vent, air releave valve, temp gauge, cast iron wheel etc comply with EEL-3 IS 1180 part-1 2014 with amendment No.4 complete all as specified and directed.

Note:- (a) Following items / accessories are included for srl item No.2,3,4 & 5 :- (i) Name, rating & diagram plate (ii) Off circuit tap changing switch (iii) Earthing terminals (iv) Lifting lugs (v) oil drain valve with plug (vi) Oil filter valve with plug (vii) Conservator with oil filling hole (viii) Thermometer pocket (ix) Air release plug (x) Silica gel breather (xi) Removable inspection opening (xii) Explosion vent (b) the drawing of transformer shall be got approved from GE. (c) Manufacturer's in house lab must be NABL approved. (d) All tests shall be carried out at factory before the dispatch of transformer inspection of officer as details by Accepting Officer. Cost of factory visit by BOO is deemed to be included in quoted reates and to be arranged as and when required and directed by GE. (e) Manufacturer must have ISO certificates (ISO-9001, ISO-14001, ISO-45001) (f) The above rates shall deemed to be included foundation work as required for installation of transformer.

Excavation in trenches in soft / loose soil n.exc. 1.5 m wdie and n. exc. 1.5 m depth for laying of cable, errection of poles, stay and pipe line and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

Returning & filling including spreading, leveling watering and well ramming in layers n. exc. 25 cm thick in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of excavted soil to a distance n. exc. 50 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

S&F DWC pipe (6 mtr length) of 120 mm of outer dia and 103.5 mm inner dia with connected accessories complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying and testing in replacement of cable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric powercables (heavy duty) 1100 volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 240 sqmm 3.5 core complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanized iron earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x6mm thick burried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 4.00 M below normal ground level ) with top edge of the plate not less than 3.00 M below normal ground level , connected to and including galvanised iron strip 32x6mm dia as earth lead soldered and riveted to earth plate by means of nuts, bolts, check nuts & washers, of galvanized iron or steel with connected to test point and testing on completion including 40 mm GI light grade pipe for earth lead protection from earth point to earth plate, including provn adequate quantity of charcoal dust mixed with 35 % common salt to a packed thickness of not less than 15 cm in alternate layers of charcoal and salt on all sides of earth plate with 20mm bore medium grade GI Pipe for watering,GI check nut, funnel and wire mesh with and including all necessary excavation & earth work in soft/loose soil, returning filling in, removal of surplus soil to a distance 50 metre,,PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 as in earth pit, 40 mm thick RCC cover using cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 reinforced with & including 8 mm dia mild steel TMT bar @ 100 mm c/c Both way with suitable handle for lifting arrangement & including form work complete all as specified and shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES SSR Part I 2009 and as directed. NOTES:- (i) On testing, after completion of Job, if desired earth resistance is not obtained, the earthing shall be redone at without any extra cost by contractor.
