Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade ecluding th cost of centring and shuttering all work upto plingth level 1:2:4 (1 cement, 2 coarse sand and 4 stone grit 20 mm as per SOR( 2021-22) 4.1.3

12 mm cement plaster finished with a floating coat of neat cement of mix 1:4 (1 cement:4 fine sand) as per SOR 13.7.2
