Removing the existing unserviceable Nylon Newar from GI Charpoy and tightening the frame of GI Charpoy to shape and supply & fixing of angle iron of size 50X50X6mm, 6Nos of length 50mm each with running welding (2 Nos to each long rail and 01No to each short rail on both sides) duly making 8mm hole and providing 2Nos flat iron stiffeners of size 40 X 6 and 835mm long for fixing both long rails with nuts and bolts and supply and fix 12 mm thick plywood BWR Grade of size 1980mm x 900mm with rounded edges on four corners with 2 to 3 mm thick PVC beading all round and fitted with GI bolts & nuts 5 mm dia 50 mm long with half round head and applying two coats of synthetic enamel black paint over a coat of red oxide primer on angle iron and flat iron stiffner all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing the existing unserviceable check nut and Supply and fix new check nut 6mm thick, GI medium grade suitable for 32mm dia GI pipe all as specified and shown on drawing and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing the existing unserviceable 3 way GI elbow and Supply and fix new GI elbow 32mm dia medium grade 3 way duly ISI marked suitable for charpoy GI pipe all as specified and shown on drawing and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removal of existing unserviceable long rail from Charpoy GI Pipe without disturbing the adjoining parts and Supply and fixing new long rail of 32 mm dia GI pipe medium grade of approved make of size 1980 mm long including cutting and threading both ends and bringing the Charpoy to the original shape as specified and shown on drawing and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Making short rail from the unserviceable long rail obtained from item No 1.04 here-in-above including cutting, threading and fixing complete after removing the existing unserviceable short rail all as specified and shown on drawing and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Making leg from the unserviceable short rail obtained from item No 1.05 here-in-above including cutting, threading at one end and other end shall be fixed with 3mm thick MS base plate duly welded at bottom and providing 3mm thick MS ring with 16 gauge base plate to hold MNF set including painting with two coats of synthetic enamel black paint over a coat of red oxide primer to exposed surfaces of MS rings and base plate and fixing complete after removing the existing unserviceable legs all as specified and shown on drawing and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
