Excavation in foundation in ordinary soil i/c lead up to 30 mtr & lift upto 1.50 mtr with manual compaction and proper dressing .

Cement Concrete with 1:3:6 (1cement ,3 coarse sand,6 brick aggregate 40 mm nominai size) i/c all supply of all material, labour,T&P all respect of proper work.

First class brick work in 1:6 cement and find sand of 1.25 F.M. mortar in sub structure including supply of all materials,labour and T & P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

2.5 cm. thick damp proof coarse with cement and approved coarse sand 1:1.5:3 ( 1 cement : 1.5 corse sand : 3 stone grit 13 mm ) with and including water proofing material as ordered by the Engineer-in-charge in the proportion as specified by the manufactures.

First class brick work in 1:4 cement and find sand of 1.25 F.M. mortar in sub structure including supply of all materials,labour and T & P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

15 mm cement plastering 1:5 cement mortar single coat on rough side of single or half brick wall for interior plastering in single storey building finished even and smooth i/c curring and all respect of work.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade :Two or more coats on new work.
