Dismantling Unsv/damaged steel /concrete Poles/ Struts, of any size and removing from site of work and including Demolition of Concrete foundation and necessary excavation and earth work where necessary complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for steel tubular swaged poles with ISI marked complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws all as specified type 410 SP – 31 (9 mtr long LT poles) and incl painting with one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of aluminium paint and black bitumen paint on hidden surface in foundation including drilling of holes for fixing ‘D’ iron clamps & hooks for continuous GI earth wire, erecting in a truly vertical position complete all as specified and directed. Note : Excavation and PCC works shall be measured and paid separetaly under respective item.

Supply and fix outdoor type FRP junction box light weight suitable for pole mounting inclduing MCB SPN 6 Amps single pole, flat iron clamp duly painted with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer and GI nut, bolts, washers and necessary connector for loop in loop out cable connection and suitable size glands, of size 155x210x92mm complete all as specified and directed. Supply and fix in replacement of 2 runs of 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated stranded copper cable for connection of street light including PVC conduit 20 mm external dia medium grade fixed on pole with proper clamping, saddling etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down unserviceable LED/Sodium Vapour/ Metal Helide/Tube light/ street light fitting of any make and any watt from poles mounted on GI pipe bracket complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix intergral LED Street light luminaires with Pressure diecast Alluminium body and Toughened glass CCT 5700K with IP66 and wide beam distribution efficiency of capacity 30 wattage complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix intergral LED Street light luminaires with Pressure diecast Alluminium body and Toughened glass CCT 5700K with IP66 and wide beam distribution efficiency of capacity 45 wattage complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix intergral LED Street light luminaires with Pressure diecast Alluminium body and Toughened glass CCT 5700K with IP66 and wide beam distribution efficiency of capacity 72 wattage complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in replacement street light bracket made out from GI pipe 40 mm bore, light grade 1.20 meter long bent to required shape and fixing to poles, walls etc including fixing of clamps, nut, bolts etc as specified and directed.

Taking out unserviceable cable connection from pole to building or any other site of size 6 sqmm to 10 sqmm, 2 core and removing from site with all connected items such as earth wite, insulators, clamps etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Laying cable under ground ,XLPE, PVC insulated & sheathed ( heavy duty ), Steel strip armoured , LT 1100 Volt grade with aluminium stranded conductor of size 6 Sqmm 2 core laid in trenches / in duct/ wall / floor complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Laying cable under ground ,XLPE, PVC insulated & sheathed ( heavy duty ), Steel strip armoured , LT 1100 Volt grade with aluminium stranded conductor of size 10 Sqmm 2 core laid in trenches / in duct/ wall / floor complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches in soft / loose soil, not exceeding 1.5 mtr. Wide and not exc 1.5 mtr in depth, getting out for laying of cable/ foundation of pole etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches in hard / dense soil, not exceeding 1.5 mtr. Wide and exc 1.5 mtr but not exceeding 3 mtr in depth, getting out for fixing of steel tubular pole / stay pit complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in excavated soil, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers, not exceeding 25 cm complete all as specified and directed.

Removing surplus soil / spoil to a distance not exceeding 50 metre away and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for sand dry Locally available laid in trenches / ducts as in coushioning of cable complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for brick sub class 'B' , size 230mm x 115mm x 75mm and laid in trenches as in protection of UG cables complete all as specified and directed. .

M & L for GI tubing Light grade 40mm bore as in protection of UG cables complete all as specified and directed..

M & L for Cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation / base concrete of Pole/ stay / sturts incl necessory form works complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Cement concrete 1:2:4 type B2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in copping of new Pole/ stay and repairs to ext. damaged copping incl necessory form works complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparation of existing painted steel surfaces and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint up to 1 Mtr from ground level and with a coat of Aluminium paint in balance height and in exposed surfaces of steel tubler pole of any hight (Electric pole) incl all cross arms, bracing pipe bracket etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, install, testing and commissioning in replacment of factory made outdoor LT feeder pillar box of size 350 x 300 x 150mm complete weather proof, dust and vermin proof and canopy, made out of 2 mm thick MS sheet, fixed / mounted on pole or wall for automatic operation of security street lights comprising of following controls all prewired:-

(a) S&F MCB, 4 pole, 63 Amp (as incomer & standby, - 02 Nos.

(b) Timer for street light control digital type of 16 Amps rating including all acessories with by pass arrangement - 02 Nos (Make- Havells/BCH/Indoasian)

M&L for Earthing with galvanized steel earthing plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm 6.3 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below ground level) with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5 mtrs below normal ground level, connecting to a galvanised earth lead wire 4 mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nut and washers, protected with and including 15 mm dia light grade GI pipe, including necessary excavation and earth work, charcoal and common salt filling, watering arrangement with 20 mm bore GI pipe light grade including PCC pit and cover in (1:2:4) type B-1 with GI funnel with test point, testing and commissioning complete including taking out existing earthing system and complete all as specified and directed.
