Supply & erection of Horizontal spindle split casing type pumping sets of minimum four (4) star rating duties directly coupled to AC squarrel cage induction type motor with 1440 RPM, 3 Phase, 50 HP2 and accessories as described in Schedule No.II complete in all respect with priming arrangement with complete base frame. (a) Raw Water Pump Set 600 PM with 12 Mtrs. Head.

Supply and fixing following CI D/F pipe and specials/ bell mouth / including cost of Jointing materials, laying, jointing, refilling including making adequate supports of masonry/ concrete for delivery and suction pipe from bell mouth in the collecting tank upto the rising main laid by the department as per plan shown from the foundation wall of the pump chamber for all the raw water and clear water pumping sets at water works, as per specification given in schedule No. II for For Pumping Machinery (A) Details of Pipe and specials.(a) D.I. D/F Bends, Reducers, Tees, Tapers, Tail Piece, Blank Flange etc.

Supply, erection, testing and commissioning of wall mounted electrical panel board, fabricated from 16 SWS CRCA sheet duly stouted with suitable angle iron frame work and completely powder coated of approximate size 500x1200mm and 400mm deep having following accessories (i) Incomer switch 200 Amp (ii) Aluminium bus bar chamber of 300 Amp. Capacity (iii) Volt meter 100x100mm range 0-500 V (AE/KAPPA/I&T (iv) Indicating lamp one set.

Supply, erection, testing of ISI marked copper wire for 4 No. Motors with under ground system in PVC and Flexible Pipes Copper wire size 6sq.mm complete in all respects with accessories like thimble etc. complete in all respects.

Supply erection, testing of ISI marked copper wire for 2 No. 2 No pannel boards from main switch to panel and wiring of panel with size 10 sq. mm (copper wire) ISI marked complete in all respects with accessories like thimble etc. complete in all respectgs.

Supply, erection, testing of light fitting including wire in the Pump Chamber with material upto 10 points including switch,button,plug PVC conduct pipe & copper wire etc. as per approved specifications complete in all respects.

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 mtr. long 40 mm dia including accessories and providing masnory enclosure main cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcol and salt as required.

Providing and fixing of suitable floating arm along with swivell bend as per required specifications approved by Engineer- in- Charge (200 mm ) complete in all respects.

Supply and erection of “Wall Mounting Type, solenoid driven, motor-less electro-magnetic diaphragm Dozing/ Metering pump working on single-phase 220/240 V 50 Hz electric supply, with standard electronic controls, suitable for minimum dozing capacity 0 to 5 LPH at 8 bar back pressure” complete with necessary accessories.

D.I (KISWOK make-Misal DMJ) Plain Ended Tees, Bends, Reduces etc. for pipe line at head works / distribution system all specials duly ISI marked..

Taking out filter media for 2 nos Filter bed and placing the same in Filter bed after screening washing & cleaning all Layer

Taking out RCC bed plat washing and relaying area of Filter bed
