Charges for electrical maintanance of total internal electrical installation viz. all existing points, light, fan, switch-socket, wiring BDB'S, PBDB'S, all parts of L.T. panel boards, all parts Feeder Pillar Box, all cables of consumer side, all type glands & sockets, MCBs, MCB Isolators,
A.C. M/Cs starters, Exhaust fan, Call Bell, earthing and others installation including all E.I. part of Compound illumination,Total Street Light (NBMCH & NBDCH), Overhead Line, Signboards, with the help of 1 (One) no. skilled licensed Electrician having workman permit to work in 11KV Sub-Station, 1 (One) no. semi skilled licensed Electrician and 2(two) nos.
Helper in 1st and 2nd shift (i.e. 6:00 am to 2:00pm , 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm) and 1 (one) no. semiskilled licensed Electrician and 1(one) no. Helper in 3rd shift (i.e. 10:00pm to 6:00am) at North Bengal Medical college & Hospital--total Hospital Portion,
All Qtrs, Morgue, Two nos. indoor type Sub-Station incl. all VCBs; all Transfeormers, LT Panels etc. as per attached Terms & Conditions and as per direction of E.I.C. including. Building wise detail allocation of sites will be provided by the EIC at the time of layout.
Contingency Charges for supplying of Soap, Duster, Insulating Tape, Nut-Bolt, Screw & Mobile expenditure etc. Licensed Supervisor should inspect once in a week and as and when required. Multiple Logbook for multiple parameters should be recorded daily. All fault should be attended and rectified immediately as per detailed terms and condition. Failure of compliance of any condition or irregular supervisor presence will results penal action.
