Note:- Each line of wire to be maesured separately.

Restraining and resecuring including making good staples of old serviceable barbed wire in position.

Framed work ornamental type as in doors or gates of angle (Fe-410- W(Gde- E-250) quality- B) or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete or as directed by Engr-in Charge.

M&L RCC Nominal mix type B-1 1:2:4 using 20 mm graded stone aggregates as in columns, walls or retaining walls, any thickness, size or shape including pilasters, buttresses columns, pillars, boundary pillars and posts (including caps, shuttring and bases) all as directed by Engr-in Charge.

M&L mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia and over cut to length bent to shape required inclduing cranking bending spirally for hooping ends and binding with and incl mild steel wire (annelaed) not less than 0.90 mm dia or securing with clips.

M&L for preparaition of new steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer.

Note:- The rate quoted by contractor is demmed to include preparation of surfaces and necessary scaffolding for painting upto required height.

Prepration of old decorated plastered surfaces of walls, pillars, cornices by brooming down or steel brushing scraping down smoke roots, molds, moss and efforescence salts, trading oil greasy spots etc and applying one coats of cement based paint on wall upto height 12 mtr.

M&L 100 mm thick cement concrete type D-2, 1:4:8 using 40mm stone aggregate as in sub base all as spc.

M&L for 60 mm thick PCC (M-35) factory made coloured interlocking tiles/ paver block of shape/ size as conforming to IS 15658, joints to be filled with fine sand with complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note Sand will be paid under relavent item.

Sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for precast chequered cement concrete tiles 30cm x 30cm x 25 mm thick with grey cement and pigment set, jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured pigment to match the surface including 20 mm thick screed bed or beding layer for laying floor finishes in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed

Demolation of brick work built in cement mortar cement lime mortar all as spd.
