Taking out the submersible pump/Openwell Submersible Pump set for repairs and lowering down after repairs the submersible pump set of any capacity & of any type from the bore well to a depth of not exc. 70 mtrs including scrapping of the existing paint of submersible pump set and applying two coats of anti corrosive paint over a coat of primer complete after repair / replacement of spares and commisssioning all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. NOTE: COST OF REPAIR SHALL BE MEASURED AND PAID AGAINST RELEVANT ITEM

Repairs to submersible Pump set of electric driven of any type make and capacity upto 5 HP incl rewinding of the motor with same gauge and weight of PVC insulated copper conductor incl renewal of thrust plate,CI bowl,pump shaft,impeller ,Bearing,strainer,bush cable gaurd etc. reassembling, testing and commissioning complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Repairs to Non clog ,Open well submersible Pump set of electric driven of any type make and capacity upto 5 HP incl rewinding of the motor with same gauge and weight of PVC insulated copper conductor incl renewal of Mechanical seal, Bearing ,thrust plate,CI bowl,pump shaft,impeller ,strainer,bush cable gaurd etc. reassembling, testing and commissioning complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Renewal of column pipe 50 mm dia heavy duty ISI marked , 10 feet length both ends machine threaded with long thread heavy duty socket complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Replacement of unserviceable PVC weather proof cable and replacement with new PVC weather proof copper cable for size 3 core 2.5 sqmm suitable for submersible pump set complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Replace of non return valve gun metal 50 mm bore complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Replace of non return valve gun metal 150 mm bore complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking out old unserviceable MCCB 400/360 Amps and replacing the same with new MCCB 415 V,25 KA ,4 Pole ,400 Amps all as directed.

Taking out old unserviceable MCCB 250 Amps and replacing the same with new MCCB 415 V,25 KA ,4 Pole ,250 Amps all as directed.

Taking out old unserviceable MCCB 200 Amps and replacing the same with new MCCB 415 V,25 KA ,4 Pole ,200 Amps all as directed.

Taking out old unserviceable MCCB 160 Amps and replacing the same with new MCCB 415 V,25 KA ,4 Pole ,160 Amps.

Taking out old unserviceable MCCB 100 Amps and replacing the same with new MCCB 415 V,25 KA ,4 Pole ,100 Amps.

Taking out old unserviceable MCCB 63 Amps and replacing the same with new MCCB 415 V,25 KA ,4 Pole ,63 Amps.

Dismantling the centrifugal Pump/monoblock pumpset with motor of capacity Upto 3HP including disconnecting suction and delivery, power supply cable etc and reassembling same after replacement of necessary spares including greasing and painting of 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint using spray machine complete and replacing the same and testing all as specified and as directed by Engr in charge. NOTE: 1.In case of Centrifugal pump dismantling of pump and motor will be paid seperatly. 2. In case of Monoblock pumpset pump/motor paid as one 3.
