CHARPOY IP WITH HARD TOP (FD/MAP-II/01) : Removing following unserviceable items of Charpoy IP with Hard Top and supply & fixing with new items as specified all as per drawing and as directed:-

Taking out of old unserviceable existing ply wood 12mm thick, S&F of new 12mm plywood BWR grade ISI Marked all as per drawing and as directed.

Removing of existing unserviceable stiffener and Supply and fixing new 25x25mm square MS Pipe (16 Gauge) stiffener incl welding in existing pattern of approprate size making holes and preparation of New steel surfaces and applying two coats of synthetic enamel Black paint over a coat of redoxide primer all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of 3mm thick Hard rubber Shoes suitable for 32mm Square pipe all as per drawing and as directed.

M&L for painting of frame of Charpoy IP with Hard Top with two coats of synthetic enamel Black Paints including welding where required and preparation of surfaces all as per drawing.

BED PLYWOOD TOP (FD - 247 & 246) : Removing following unserviceable items of bed ply wood top without disturbing the other parts and supply and fixing with new items as specified made to shape & size all as per drawing and as directed:-

Supply and fixing in replacement of old unserviceable, worn out ply wood 12mm thick Commercial plywood ISI Marked all as per drawing and as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of all broken worn out component of head board and provide frame with 1st class teak wood including 2nd class hardwood battens between frame and teak face veneer ply ISI marked with half round teakwood edging all as specified in drawing and as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of all broken worn out component of foot board and provide frame with 1st class teak wood including 2nd class hardwood battens between frame and teak face veneer ply ISI marked with half round teakwood edging all as specified in drawing and as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of old unserviceable long rails made of well-seasoned Teak wood of best quality all as per drawing and as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of old unserviceable stiffener made of well seasoned Teak wood of best quality all as per drawing and as directed.

M&L for applying french polishing two or three coats to old and new surfaces of bed ply wood top to match with the existing complete as directed.

BED HARD STEEL (FD/E6/MAP/08R) : Removing following unserviceable items of bed hard steel without disturbing the other parts and supply and fixing with new items as specified made to shape & size all as per drawing and as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of old unserviceable ply wood 12mm thick plywood BWR ISI Marked all as per drawing. Make of Plywood: Anchor or equivalent as approved.

Supply & fixing new 18mm thick both side pre laminated particle bd ISI Marked in replacement of old unsv 18mm thick both sides prelaminated particle bd confirming to relevant shade /colur as approved with PVC edging screwed to MS strip of head bd all as per drawing.

Supply and fixing in replecement of 20mm x 45mm of 18 gauge MS Strip (Including necessary welding) all as per drawing and as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of old unserviceable stiffener including welding made of 25mm x 25mm Square MS Pipe (18 Gauge) all as per drawing and as directed.

M & L for fixing (only) of long rails (Including necessary welding/Nut & Bolts) to Head Board and Foot Board as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of old unserviceable Hard rubber Shoes of Size 38mm x 38mm (Inner Size) all as per drawing.

M&L for painting of frame of Bed Hard Steel with two coats of synthetic enamel Black Paints including welding where required and preparation of surfaces all as directed.

CHARPOY FOLDING IP WITH HARD TOP (FD-388R) : Removing following unserviceable items of Charpoy Folding IP with Hard Top without disturbing the other parts and supply and fixing with new items as specified made to shape & size all as per drawing and as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of old unserviceable ply wood 8mm thick commercial plywood ISI Marked (to be cutted in center perpendicular to long rail) all as per drawing.

Supply and fixing in replacement of old unsv, worn out 225mm x 60mm Flat Iron 3mm thick cut to shape & bent @ 150° to avoid folding all as per drawing.

Supply and fixing in replacement of old unsv, worn out 25mm x 6mm thick Stay (Including 6mm Ø Loose revet with washar) all as per drawing.

Supply and fixing in replacement of old unsv, worn out 20mm x 3mm thick Falt Iron (Including Necessary welding) all as per drawing.

Supply and fixing in replacement of old unsv, worn out 120mm x 120mm x5mm thick Flat Iron Gusset Plate (Inculding necessary Reveted to Pipes & Legs) all as per drawing.

Supply and fixing in replacement of old unsv, worn out stiffener (including welding) made of 25mm dia Round MS Pipe (16 Gauge) all as per drawing.

Supply and fixing in replacement of old unserviceable, worn out Hard rubber Shoes of Size 25mm dia (Inner Size) all as per drawing.

M&L for painting of frame of Charpoy Folding IP with Hard Top with two coats of synthetic enamel Black Paints including welding where required and preparation of surfaces as per drg and as directed.

Charpoy GI Pipe 32mm with Ply Top (FD-220) : Removing following unserviceable items of existing Charpoy GI Pipe 32mm without disturbing the other parts and supply and fixing with new items as specified made to shape & size all as per drawing and as directed.

Removing of old exisiting unserviceable Plywood from charpoy GI Pipe 32mm, thereafter tightning the complete frame and make it suitable for fixing with new top of 12mm thick commercial plywood ISI marked BWR type, ISI Marked on/over existing structure and fixed with new 6mm long with suitable nuts and bolts in existing holes all as specified and directed.

Removing of existing unserviceable Iron Angle/MS square stiffener and Supply and fixing new 25x25mm square MS Pipe (16 Gauge) stiffener (including welding whenever requried) in existing pattern of approprate size making holes and preparation of New Steel surfaces and applying two coats of synthetic enamel black paint over a coat of redoxide primer all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of 32mm dia, ISI Marked med grade long rail of GI Pipe including cutting, threading for GI Charpoy (FD-220) all as specified and as directed.

Making of short rails for GI Charpoys 32mm dia retrieved from broken long rails obtained from above long rails as above incl cutting & threading and fixing in replacement all as specified and directed.

Making of Legs for GI Charpoys 32mm dia retrieved/obtained from broken long and short rails as above incl cutting, threading and fixing in replacement with providing 2 Clamps for MNF set to each legs, be welded duly applying two coat of synthetic enamel Black paint all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of 32mm dia medium grade GI elbow 3 ways ISI marked all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of 32mm dia 6mm thick check nut all as specified and directed.

Charpoy GI Pipe 32mm with Nylon Newar (FD-220) : Removing following unserviceable items of Charpoy GI Pipe 32mm without disturbing the other parts and supply and fixing with new items as specified made to shape & size all as per drawing and as directed.

Removing of old unserviceable nylon newar from charpoy GI Pipe 32mm and tightening the frame and making it suitable for fixing plywood top, S&F 12mm thick new plywood BWR grade type ISI marked of Size 1980x900mm and fixed with 6mm dia 65mm long nut and bolt, (Total 10 Nos) including drilling 02 holes on each short rails and stiffeners. All as specified and directed.

Suppy & Fixing 03 Nos Stiffener in each Charpoy of 25x25mm Square pipe of 1.6mm thick, welded to GI Charpoy frame perpendicular to long rail of approprate size making holes 02 Nos and preparation of New Steel surfaces and applying two coats of synthetic enamel black paint over a coat of redoxide primer.

Supply and fixing in replacement of 32mm dia medium grade long rail including cutting, threading for GI Charpoy (FD-220) all as specified and as directed.

Making of short rails for GI Charpoys 32mm dia retrieved/obtained from broken long rails including cutting & threading of rails and fixing in replacement all as specified and direced.

Making of Legs for GI Charpoys 32mm dia retrieved/obtained from broken Long and short rails as above incl cutting, threading and fixing in replacement with providing 2 Clamps for MNF set to each legs, be welded duly applying two coat of synthetic enamel Black paint all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of 32mm dia medium grade GI elbow three ways all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of 32mm dia 6mm thick check nut all as specified and directed.
