Dismantling of Brick tiles or terracing tiles, single layer on roofs.

Dismantling of mud phuska or concrete bedding including Complete removal of existing water proofing treatment and cleaning of original roof by rooming, washing and roughening roof surface complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm gradeded mechanically curshed stone aggregate complete all as specified and directed

Material & labour Priming surfaces of roof by applying bituminous primer 0.40 Ltr per Sqm complete all as specified and directed

APP based plymeric membrane minimum weighing 3 Kg/Sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non wove fabric(Wt.not less than 150 gms/Sqm) laid on primed surface by forced application complete all as specified complete all as specified and directed by GE. Note : 10% of the amount of water proofing treatment items shall be kept reserverd and contractor shall give 10 years written guarantee for water proofing. However contractor can deposit a FDR of same amount and if contractor fails to rectify the defects occured during this period the same shall be get rectified at contractor's risk and cost and payment shall be made by encashing the FDR deposited for this purpose.

Material & Labour 25cmx 25cm x 22mm thick cement concrete tiles laid over cement screed bed 15mm thick in CM 1:4 and pointed in CM 1:3 mixed with 5% of crude oil by weight of cement complete all as specified and directed. Note : Pointing shall be measured and paid separtely.

Flush pointing to brick/concrete tiles laid flat as in pavings/Roof in CM 1:3 complete all as specified and directed

Demolition of unreinforced Concrete in any description and pavings n exc 15 cm thicknes not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed .

Material & Labour PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, wheel guard and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating and also including provision of necessary form work complete all as specified and directed

M&L cement concrete type C2 1:3:6 (40mm graded aggregate) 75mm thick, as in plinth protection

Material & Labour Brick work using sub grade "B" burnt brick straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius built in CM 1:6 including demolition of old bricks all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:4 to the brick/ concrete surfaces finishing the surface mixing with suitable water proofing admixture finished fair & even including taking down cement plaster from walls complete all as specified (WPC will be measured and paid separately).

M&L for rendering 10mm thick cement plaster to fair faces or other than fair faces of brick wall in CM 1:6 finished even and smooth without using extra cement including taking down cement plaster from walls complete all as specified

M&L for preparation on new plastered surface of wall, chajja, parapet etc and applying two coats of weather proof acrylic emulsion paint over a coat of acrylic primer etc complete all as specified and as directed

Material & Labour applying two coat of OBD on decorated or un- decorated plastered or unplastered surfaces of wall etc incl preparation of Surfaces with one coat of wall putty complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 5 mm thk cement plaster on fair faces of concrete surface finished even & smooth without using extra cement in cement mortar 1:3 on ceiling including taking down cement plaster complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F Aluminium anodised snap grid framework of 605 x 605mm size for false ceiling with hangers 6mm dia GI (Upto 1200mm length ) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceiling cleats made out of GI flat 40 x 3 mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fasterners 12.5mm dia and 40mm long incl gypsum Board 12mm thick in ceiling fixed with screw as per manufacturers instructions complete all as specified.

M&L non skid coloured ceramic tiles 7-8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc set and jointed in net cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including screed bed or bedding layer of 15 mm thick cement mortar (1:6) for laying floor finishes including taking down old tiles complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

M&L glazed ceramic coloured tiles in verticle wall surface 350x250x6 to 7mm set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in colour cement to match including rendering of 10 mm thick cement mortar (1:4) for verticle wall tile, skirting and dado including taking down old tiles complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

M&L Vitrified Ceramic tiles 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) light shade coloured, polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, as in floors and skirting etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including screed bed or bedding layer of 15 mm thick cement mortar (1:6) for laying floor finishes including taking down old tiles complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

S & F GI tubing medium grade 15 mm bore of pipe with all fittings, cutting, threading and fixing to walls or fixing in concealed walls or in floors etc and making good the surfaces matching to existing surfaces of walls/floor to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge including taking up or down existing pipe complete all as specified and directed.

S & F GI tubing medium grade 20 mm bore of pipe with all fittings, cutting, threading and fixing to walls or fixing in concealed walls or in floors etc. and making good the surfaces matching to existing surfaces of walls/floor to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge including taking up or down existing pipe complete all as specified and directed.

S & F anodised aluminium powder coated frame work for doors windows, with one or more rebates includng joinin cleat for fixing etc complete all as specified

S&F anodised powder coated aluminium door shutters aluminium section weighing 0.55 kg/m including necessary joining cleats clips, ruber neoprene packing handles 2 Nos in each door, hinges anodised aluminium snap beading screws and glazing etc complete all as specified

M&L Double action floor spring hydraulically regulated made up of minimum 1.25 mm thick aluminium alloy sheet foundation box, main body with stainless steel cover, governing pivot made of brass, other parts made of mild steel heavy duty and fixed to floor all as specified and directed by Engineer -In-Charge
