Removal of existing unserviceable/broken wooden/steel/PVC part from furniture article carefully without disturbing the adjoining parts.Supply and fixing new parts as per given specification and drg after tightening the joints by pinning, screwing, nailing, wedging, glueing, providing hinges, placing every part intact, arc/gas welding making every part in-tact including polishing/painting the entire article with standard workmanship and as directed by GE. All furniture items is to be painted /poilshed only after making the entire item intact by tightening the joints. 2). Work will be executed inside BS Yard of AGE Reasi/Nagrota and at various sites as per requirement. 3). All Timber shall be of 1st class fully seasoned hard teak wood free from knots and cracks. 4). All steel sections shall be as per standard IS . 5). Plywood/MDF shall be BWR grade-A /exterior grade of approved make/brand and shall confirm to IS-303. 6). All other material to be incorporate in the work shall be of latest IS standard specification. 7). Painting shall only be done with spray machine only. 8). Painting/polishing shall only be done with spary machine only. Painting will only be caried out after removing/peeling the existing paint by using paint remover.

2.01	Removing UNSV door shutter carefully by unriveting the hinges, S&F new door shutter made of 1 mm thick MS sheet of same size and shape duly fixed to almirah steel Medium with new 80mm long MS hinge complete all as specified & directed and as shown on drawing.	10	Each	-	-
2.02	Removing UNSV lock from shutters of almirah steel Medium S&F new 6 lever lock with duplicate keys complete all as specified & directed and as shown on drawing.	12	Each	-	-
2.03	Removing UNSV handle from the almirah steel Medium, S&F new 130mm long chromium plated handle to steel shutters, complete all as specified & directed and as shown on drawing.	12	Each	-	-
2.04	Removing UNSV/damaged shelf carefully by removing the rivets and welding spots, S&F new shelf made of 1 mm thick MS sheet of same size and shape complete all as specified & directed and as shown on drawing.	8	Each	-	-
2.05	Removing UNSV/damaged bottom portion carefully by removing rivets and welding spots and S&F new bottom made of 1 mm thick MS sheet of same size and shape complete all as specified & directed and as shown on drawing.	10	Each	-	-
2.06	Removing UNSV leg from bottom of almirah carefully by unriveting and using hand held cutting machine without damaging the other parts.S&F new leg made of 1mm thick MS sheet to the existing place through welding and riveting complete all as specified & directed and as shown on drawing.	10	Each	-	-

2.08	Completely removing all dents from almirah by smooth hammering ,preparing the almirah by peeling out the old paint by applying paint remover solution,filling metal putty to the uneven surfaces and sanding it to make the surface smooth, then wipe out the surface and remove the dust with a fine cloth.Two coats of hammer tone paint shall be applied externally and internally to complete almirah as per approved colour/shade by GE after application of red oxide primer.The painting to each article shall only be carried out by spray machine only complete all as specified and directed.	25	Each	-	-
