Waterfront development of Dhoba bandha in ward No.20

Earthwork excavation in hard soil including and levelling the bed and transporting the excavated earth by mechanical means within 5km lead from work site including all cost complete.

Supplying and filling the foundation and plinth with clean coarse river sand of approved quality from approved quarry,laying in layers not exceeding 150mm thick, watering and rammning including conveyance, royality and taxes of all materials, cost of as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing cement concrete for unreinforced cement concrete works of proportion (1:3:6) with 40mm size crusher broken hard granite (CBHG) metal of approved quality and from approved quarry in foundation bed and floors including cost of labour, materials (inclusive of cost, conveyance, royalties, taxes, loading and unloading) & equipments for handing, transportation, batching, mixing, placing in position vibrating, curing for seven days complete as per specification drawing and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Fly ash bricks of 25cmx12cmx8cm. Size having crushing strength not less than 75 Kg/Sqcm. With dimensional tolerance +2%. percentin cement mortar (1:6) brick masonary in F&P.

R.C.C work of prop M20 having minimum compressive strength (in work test) 200kg./cm2 in 15cm cubes at 28days after mixing and test conducted in accordance with I.S. 456 and I.S. 516using 12mm to 20mm size (1/2” to ¾”) crusher broken hard black granite chips of 20mm size (not to exceed 25%) of approved quality & from approved quarry including hosting, lowering, laying and compacting concrete with vibrator, watering and curing for 28days, cost of rigid and smooth centering & shuttering and finishing to exposed surface smooth providing, grooves or beads wherever necessary as per direction of the Engineer in charge including cost, conveyance, royalties & taxes of all materials and cost of all labour, T&P etc. as required for the work completion in all respects as per direction of Engineer in charge but excluding cost of M.S rod / Tor steel and binding wires and labour .

Straightening, cutting, bending and binding, welding and jointing (if necessary ) coiled/ bent up MS Rods /Tor Steel/deformed rods etc. including hoisting, placing in position, tying the grills binding with 18 to 20 gauge binding wire required for R.C.C work including cost, conveyance, taxes of all materials, cost of all labour, T&P etc. as required for the work complete (weight of binding wire will not be considered) as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Payment will be made on actual weight of M.S rods or Tor steel linear measurements of rod for finished item of works. 5% wastage and lap length are included in the finished rate).@1 qntl/cum of RCC quantity in iteam no.5.

First class Fly Ash Brick work in cement mortar (1:6) in super structure with best quality bricks having crushing strength from 75KG/cm2 to 99Kg/cm/2, immersing the bricks in water for not less than 6 hours before use (the bricks shall well brunt, free from cracks, well shaped, uniform in size and shall produce a clear metallic ringing sound when struck ) includes moulding, chamfering, corbelling etc. complete as per drawing design and specification, watering and curing for 7 days including cost, conveyance, royality and taxes of all materials, labour, T&P etc. and as per direction of Engineer in charge.
