Washing cement concrete / plaster surface with detergent to remove all dirt, dust properly and keeping the surface clean including the cost of detergent, cost of cloth, scrubber etc. as per directions of Engineer-in-charge (complete job).
Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 2mm, of approved brand and manufacture, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.
Applying one coat of water thin able cement primer of approved brand and manufacture on wall surface.
Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give and even shade two or more coats on new work.
Removal of unhygienic materials /mulba from road surface / drain including boulder slush (so classified by the site engineer) from designated sites and disposal/stacked within 50 Mtrs and 1.50 Mtrs lift as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
Painting on G.S.sheet with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade. Old work (one or more coats).
Carriage of material by Mechanical Transport including loading / unloading and stacking at site complete.
Disposal of excavated Earth/mulba for an avg. lead of 3 Kms.
