Supply and fixing of Godrej make hydraulic door closure of approved make & quality its fixing and adjustment with the help of screws, nuts and bolts including supply of all labour, T & P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Providing ,making & fixing 0.45 m depth wooden cabinet as per drawing from seasoned wood of 19 mm ,12mm comm ply the final surface of Both Side to be finished with 1mm thick Mica Gorove to be painted or polished including cost of all Fitting(ie Lock,Handle etc), materials,labour and T&P etc required for proper completion of the work approved design by E/I.

Applying BIRLA PUTTY or equivalent putty on previousaly bila putty smoothen surface over one cost of water base cement primer of ICI or equivalent brand for smoothining and leveling of the surface as per requirement and direction of E/I including cost of all material , labour and T&P required for proper completion of work.

Painting one coat with Acrylic emulsion paint of Berger/ Asian/ ICI or equivalent paint (Paint and water in the ratio 1:1 by volume) on on previously painted surface over prepared and primed surface of cement concrete, cement plaster and bricks including all labour, material and T&P etc required for proper completion of the work, (preparation of base with Birla putty etc. and a coating of primer shall be paid extra).

Same as above in Item No-7 but for every coat after first coat of Acrylic emulsion paint of Berger/ Asian/ ICI or equivalent paint.

Scrapping old white or colour wash or distemper including disposal of refuse as directed by the Engineer-I/C within a distance of 60 M.

Supply and Fixing of 8 mm Table top Glass with edge polish all respect as approved by E/I.

Existing old damage Tile and Fixing New false ceiling with 12mm thick Arm strong Fire resistant gyp board false ceiling system of approved type fixed to a Withrequired hanger Including supply of all materials, labour and T & P etc required for proper completion of work.

Providing& making & fixing of Wall Panneling as per drawing from claded with 12mm water proof & Fire Retardent ply & final surface to be finised with 5.5 mm thick MDF & 1mm Laminate complete with painted or polished as per the approved desin all complete as per drawing, specification and direction as approved by E/I .

Supply and fixing brass polished 200 mm Door handle set with Lock Body Godrej or Equivalent make its fixing and adjustment with the help of screws, nuts and bolts including supply of all labour, T & P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Supply of labor for binding file and sifting file and furniture required for proper completion of the work.

Providing & Making & Fixing of Wall Pannelingas on damaged surface The surface cladded with 6mm Water Proof & Fire Retardent ply fitted with the help of nails sulution on wall surface as per the approved design all complete as per drawing, specification and direction as approved by the Architect/ Engineer -in-Charge.

Fabrication & Fixing/Instalation of Executive Table of size (W 1495X D 755 X H 750) MM with side runner (900x390x760) including cost of all Fitting, materials,labour and T&P etc required for proper completion of the work as approved design by E/I & as per site requirement.
