Note-1-GST shall be extra as applicable. 2. As on 01.10.2025 the minimum wage of highly skilled manpower is Rs. 893/- , skilled mandays Rs.760/- and unskilled mandays Rs. 541/-. 3. Additional service charges shall be quoted in multiple of rupees only (Not in Paisa). In case Additional service charges /Additional rates for consumables quoted as below Zero/minus (-)/fraction, any such offer shall not be considered and shall be summarily rejected. The minimum value of contract is Rs. 5067799.40, in case value quoted below this, any such offer shall not be considered and shall be summarily rejected. 4.Liability on account of cost of statutory compliances, besides specified in the estimate cost, shall be borne by the contractor himself/herself and the services charges may be quoted by the party accordingly. 5. In case two or more tenderers quote the same total value, the tender will be finalized by draw method. 6. The contractor will be required to maintain record of leave with wages in Form 15 as per Factories Act 1948. The settlement, if any , on that account will be reimbursed on actual basis at the time of final bill on production of requisite, 7. Contractor is strictly advised to quote additonal service charge in NFL provided excel format only. 8. As per clause 20 of STC, contractor has to make the payment of minimum wages of Central Govt./State Govt., whichever is higher. In case wages exceeds Rs. 15000/- the employer is liable to contribute only Rs. 1800 (12% of Rs.15000). 9. The payments to the contractor against the above shall be made upon submission of proof of making payments to the person deployed. 10. The cost of all consumables such as soap, room freshner etc. throughout the execution of job (detailed under clause 12.0 of STC) are to be borne by the contractor and for the said expenses, NFL shall reimburse an minimum amount of Rs. 410502/- excluding GST per year. A tenderer may quote additional amount per year against these expenses. Additional expenses shall be quoted in multiple of rupees only. In case expenses quoted as below zero/minus (-) fraction. Any such offer shall not be considered and shall be summarily rejected.
