On load filteration of transformer oil by contineous circulation of transformer oil through mechanical filters to achive the desired dielectric strength of 60 KV for one minute at 2.5 mm gap complete all as specified and directed. Note: 1.Oil samples are to be collected from top and bottom of oil tank and test results to be recorded for each sample before and after filteration.

Supply and topping up transformer oil of dielectric strength 50 KV at 4 mm gap in transformers of various capacity installed in various locations complete all as specified and directed. Notes : (a) New Transformer oil will be filled in the transformer only after filteration and dehydration of existing transformer oil of the transformer. (b) Transformer oil shall be supplied in sealed barrel with test result and test certificate.

Supply and fixing in repair breather assembly transparent plastic body with top and bottom portion pressed with metallic cover, filled with silica gel blue in colour and suitable for fixing on existing pipe of size 15mm / 20mm /25 mm dia with suitable reducers/connectors etc as per site requirement /capacity of transformer complete all as specified and directed. Note : Rate quoted shall be deemed to include the cost of modification if any required to fix on existing MS Pipe.

Material and labour for straight through joint,heat shrinkable,type,for under ground cable including joint kits and labour complete for making joints suitable for aluminium conductor cable XLPE,3 core, 95 sqmm,22 KV complete all as specified and directed. by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for outdoor type end termination joint, heat shrinkable, type, for under ground cable including joint kits and labour complete for making joints suitable for aluminium conductor cable XLPE, 3 core, 95 sqmm, 22 KV complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for indoor type end termination joint, heat shrinkable, type, for under ground cable including joint kits and labour complete for making joints suitable for aluminium conductor cable XLPE, 3 core, 95 sqmm, 22 KV complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and not exceeding 1.5 metre deep for taking out/laying of HT/LT under ground cable and getting out in Hard soil complete all as specified and directed.

(c) All as per item No 7 above but Soft disintegrated rock complete all as specified and directed.

Earth Work Excavation in trenches n.exc. 1.5 Metre wide and exc. 1.5 m and n.exc 3.0 m deep for pole foundation etc and getting out in soft desintegrated rock complete all as spcified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Returning, filling in soil including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm complete all as spcified and directed.

Removal of excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point complete all as spcified and directed.

Material and labour for riddled earth filling in trenches to required width at bottom and top of cable as cushioning including spreading leveling and consolidation complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Punned thickness shall only measured and paid.

Supply and lay in trench un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover class LV type 1, flat size 250 x 150 x 40mm for cable protection complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-charge

Supply and lay in trenches un-reinforced precast concrete semi round cable cover class HV, Type I, size 300 mm x180mm x 40mm for HT cable protection complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Repair and overhauling to gang operated air brake switch device upto 400 Amps,22 KV capacity including greasing/oiling of all moving contacts, replacement of nuts, washers of suitable size, unserviceable spares and jumper connections in all phases for smooth functioning of all moving contacts of GOD complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) Contractor shall provide all safety tools like HT hand gloves, ladder, rope, safety belt, helmet etc, T&P meggar, earth tester and other necessary tools required at site. (ii) Spares required to be replaced shall be measured and paid separately as "Supply only" and fixing charges for the same is deemed to include in the rates quoted for the item.

Note : Unserviceable spares and jumper connections replaced will be measured and paid seprately as "Supply only"

Material and labour for ACSR conductor (Ferret) jumper connections of following lengths both ends secured with suitable aluminium lugs as per site requirement encased with polythylene sleeve, RYB colours of suitable dia complete all as specified and directed for :- a) Not exceeding 0.75 metre length.

b) Exceeding 0.75 metre length but not exceeding 1.5 metre length.

c) Exceeding 1.5 metre length but not exceeding 2.5 metre length.

d) Exceeding 2.5 metre length but not exceeding 3.0 metre length.

Supply install testing and commissioning of 22 KV outdoor type Polymer based gang operated air brake switch triple pole, suitable for verticle mounting complete with explusion fuses, GI operating rod of suitable length for operating mechanism worked from ground level complete in both OFF and ON positions, for current rating upto 200 Amps,each pole consist of galvanised steel base HT insulators as per BSS/ISS non ferrous knife and spring loaded contacts, arcing horns of adequate section to brake magenetizing current of the transformers. All ferrous parts hot dipped galvanised and non ferrous parts suitably tinned to withstand weather including taking down unserviceable AB switch complete all as specified and directed.

Supply install testing and commissioning of 22 KV outdoor type Polymer based gang operated air brake switch triple pole, suitable for verticle mounting complete with explusion fuses, GI operating rod of suitable length for operating mechanism worked from ground level complete in both OFF and ON positions, for current rating upto 400 Amps,each pole consist of galvanised steel base HT insulators as per BSS/ISS non ferrous knife and spring loaded contacts, arcing horns of adequate section to brake magenetizing current of the transformers. Supply and fixing in repair Polymer based dropout fuse unit complete set suitable and including for 22 KV, HT outdoor and dropout type of capacity 200/400 Amps including jumper connections, testing and commissioning all as per the directions of Engr-in-charge

S&F in repair distribution lightning arrestor, suitable to system voltage 24 KV, rating of LA 18 KV, discharge class II, nominal discharge current 10 KA with all fittings bolts nuts and washers etc all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair Polymer Pin type insulator of 22 KV including necessary hardware complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixed in repair Polymer disc type insulator, ball and socket type, white brown or green for 22KV including necessary hardware complete all as specified and directecd.

M&L for preparation of old painted steel surface of 6/4/2 pole structure HT street light HT steel tubular poles 11 mtr long above GL/coping including cross arms,channels,Flat iron,Clamps in HT OH line by scraping with wire brush and applying one coat of aluminium paint including pole numbering all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge for the following types:- a) HT 6 Pole structure 11 mtrs long including channels, nut, bolts and clamps complete

b) HT 3 Pole structure 11 mtrs long including channels, nut, bolts and clamps complete

b) HT 4 Pole structure 11 mtrs long including channels, nut, bolts and clamps complete

c) HT 2 Pole structure 11 mtrs long including channels, nut, bolts and clamps complete

Disconnecting the Pole mounted / Platform mounted indoor /out door type transformer situated at various locations installed inside HEMRL sub station 22 / 0.433 KV of any make and transporting to workshop for repairs / rewinding. Dismantling the transformer and accessories, removing insulating oil, taking out the core assembly, taking out the defective winding, cleaning the transformer complete internally and externally, rewinding HT/LT coil with new copper super enamelled wire / copper strip of existing size, providing new insulation, sleeves for outlet connections, ovening the complete core assembly, reassembling, including dehydration and filtration of Transformer oil to achieve desired dielectric strength, carrying out routine test, re-installation and commissioning complete all as specified and directed for under mentioned capacity. The repair work also includes the routine tests i.e. IR value, High voltage test, Ratio test, short circuit test & BD value of oil of the transformer to be carried out all as directed and to the satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. (a) 50 to 200 KVA

(b) 250 to 315 KVA

(c) 350 to 500 KVA Note item No 44 to 46:- (i) Copper winding wire / strip will be measured and paid separately. (ii) Transformer oil for filtration and addtional quanties for topping up will be measured and paid separately. (iii) Credit shall be recovered for the retrieved materials under Sch of Credit. Items not mentioned in Sch of Credit shall be deposited by the contractor in th MES storeyard. (iv) Defective parts replaced will be measured and paid separately as "Supply only".

Supply only super enamelled copper winding wire of various gauges or existing specifications for repair and rewinding of transformers under item No. 44 to 46 primary and secondry coils including necessary class of insulation complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only DPC copper strip of various gauges or existing specifications for repair and rewinding of transformers under item No. 44 to 46 primary and secondry coils including necessary class of insulation complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for carrying out Lab test for acidity of Transformer oil for various Transformers and submitting test report on the format complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting the transformer outdoor type from HT/ LT system and opening carefully by draining out transformer oil upto HT/LT boxes for rectifying the leakage by replacing the unserviceable spare parts of capacity 50KVA to 750 KVA transformer, refilling the transformer oil and complete assembling after repairs including testing for any oil leakages and connecting the HT/LT system after the leakages have been rectified and tested on available electric load complete all as specified and directed. Note : Defective parts replaced will be measured and paid separately as "Supply only" here in after.

Supply only LT bushings 250 Amps with brass studs of existing specification complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only LT bushings 400 Amps with brass studs of existing specification complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only LT bushings 1000 Amps with brass studs of existing specification complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only top cover gasket set complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only oil level indicator gasket set with Glass

Supply only HT bushing with stud for 22 KV of existing specification.

Supply and fixed in repair explosion vent diaphragm of suitable size to match with the existing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted surfaces of transformer, removing rusted scale/oil & painting of transformer with one coat of synthetic enamel paint of approved make duly Marking/ Writting MES/SM No. all as directed by Engr-in-charge for : (a) 50 to 100 KVA capacity of transformer.

(b) All as per item No 58 but 160 to 250 KVA capacity of transformer.

(c) All as per item No 58 above but 300 to 500 KVA capacity of transformer.

Material and labour for lifting of serviceable transformer of capacity 100 KVA to 500 KVA, 22KV/ 0.433 KV rated voltage, from one place to other by crane and transporting to other place within 02 Km radius including placing on plinth/pole mounting and connecting up all HT/LT connections, testing and enerzising the transformer complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note: (a) The above job is to be carried out on emergency basis/break down with in 24 hrs of intimation. (b) Contractor has to be arrange the tractor/Eicher vehicle or any other vehicle as per requirement and the rate deemed to be included in quoted rate.

Testing and calibration of protective relay on 22 KV oprovided on 22 KV feeders MRS/HEMRL power house/ C power house (RMU/VCB) relay and all auxillary relays incoming and out going feeders with control panel and control cable differential relay once in a month through authorised service engineer, Checking of instruments function and setting for improvement if found improper, checking the condition of transformers (oil & winding temp and relay) and operating and testing the switchgear and trip circuit of HT panel/breakers/RMU for its proper functioning complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for disconnecting, opening, draw out RMU/ VCB/LB trolley complete from its position after isolating safely from contacts of breakers for inspection, checking and re installing testing commissioning of same after carryout following repair work and replacement of unserviceable spares complete all as directed and specified by OEM. (i) Checking of Draw out mechanism/arrangement of VCB (ii)Inspection of isolating Contacts, and decarburizing the male /female contacts, jaws complete and replacement of worn out contacts . (iii) Checking of alignment with spout and setting of contact gaps. (iv) Replacement of worn out/defective minor spares parts, lubrication of moving parts of the truck by moly grease. (v) Checking/setting of master control relay, earth fault realy and overload realy. (vi) Replacement of burnt out spring charge motor, (vii) Replacement of Closing Coil 30V DC, (viii) Replacement of tripping Coil 30V DC. (ix) Replacement of top spout with Busbar. (x) Replacement of Bottom spout with Busbar. (xi) Replacement of power pack. (xii) Also checking ON/OFF/TRIP indication and make it serviceable by necessary checking/repair/replacement of control wiring. Replacement of Push button for open and Close, micro switches, indication lamps. (xiii) Decarburizing and reinsulation of complete busbar track system complete in all respect. (xiv) Misc works deemed essential to make VCB in perfectly working order. Note : Major spare parts shall be measured and paid separately as supply only under respective items here in after, however cost of minor spares shall be deemed to be included in the rate quoted.

Supply and installation testing and commissioning in repairs current transformer -01 No dual ratio of rating 200/100/50/5A, 22 KV pressure epoxy cast resin complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for primary and secondry injection testing of existing CT's (set of three) any type any capacity installed in VCB's 22KV located at different sites and providing authentic test results for further necessary action complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installation, commissioning and testing of numerical digital over current and earth fault relay with High set & RS - 485 port including suitable rating of CT, IDMT & definite time characteristics, last 30 trip data recording with date and time and password protection operated on 30 Volts DC/240 volts AC of any make installed in VCB panel for protection against short circuit and earth fault, testing, commissioning and submitting test report on proper format including taking out old unserveciable one complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in repair HT Right angle boot 22 KV rating on HT side of existing transformers for jointing HT cable complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Earthing complete with hot dip galvanized steel pipe in pipe electrode, outer pipe 76 mm dia medium grade and inner pipe 32 mm dia including testing. 3 metre long and having 50x6 mm terminal on inner pipe to connect earthing strip with 14 mm dia holes for nut bolts. buried directly and vertically in ground with top edge at 30 cm below ground level after making bore hole of 100 mm dia and 3.3 metre deep using suitable mechanical drilling machine (for drilling near the specified bldg) connected with galvanized steel earthing lead of 32 x 6 mm strip with minimum two Nos of GI nut, bolts and connected to test point from earthing pit. The electrode pipes should be filled with 2x 25 Kg bags of carbon based earthing compound. The compound shall be highly conductive, hygroscopic, non magnetic, non corrosive in nature and have best moisture retaining qualities! with ph value between 7-9, connected to the earthing test point, fiber reinforced plastic pit not less than 300x300 mm with pit cover, including necessary returning, filling and removal of extra soil compete all as specified and directed. Material and labour for Earth contunity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on recessed or burried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing as required 32mm x 6 mm size galvanised strip complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 22 KV HT cable Hi- Pot Testing (High potential high voltage test) with high voltage Instrument and find out weak points in the UG XLPE cabling system for rectifying defects including submitting test report complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and errect of steel tubular swaged poles type 410 SP-55 (11 mtr long) complete with CI base plate and finial taper plug, bolts, nuts and screws including taking down the existing steel pole from existinig position as specified all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- Earthe work will be paid and measured separately.

Supply and fix LT steel tubular swaged poles type 410 SP-31 (9 mtr long) complete with CI base plate and finial taper plug, bolts, nuts and screws including taking down the existing steel pole from existinig position as specified all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Cutting the tree branches which touches the LT/HT OH lines and 2.5 m away from centre line of HT/LT OH line span not exceeding 60m distance between poles by using necessary T&P items and depositing the tree branches/leaves at 30m distance away from the site all as directed. Note : (i) The contractor shall be taken approval from Plg section of HEMRL in the register before commencing pruning of trees under intimation to Engr-in-Charge. (ii)Any number of tree branches cut in one span will be measured as one length for payment

Supplying, laying, jointing, testing and commissioning 22000 volts grade, 3 core 95Sq mm HT XLPE (Earthed) shielded core type wrapped with galvanised steel strip armoured, PVC sheathed, heavy duty, electric cables, with multistranded aluminium conductor suitable for 22 KV 3 Phase AC, 50Hz, ISI marked, laid in trenches/passing through pipe/duct/ road crossing or fixed on poles, walls with suitable size clamps made out of mild steel flat iron including jointing material such as crimping type lugs, brass cable glands, heavy duty double compression type etc., complete all as specified and directed. Note: Earthwork Excavation, sand cushioning and cable covers will be measured and paid separately under relavant item herein before. (ii) Costof joining material e.g. lugs, thimbles. but bolt and washers shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rates

Material and labour for Fault Finding of defective, short circuit unserviceable Under Ground 1.1 KV HT cable with mobile fault finding instrument and accessories, locating fault or place of short cicuit for jointing and defect rectification complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement Automatic Street Light Switch using NATURE SWITCH for automatic switching of Street Lights based on LUX level of Natural Light.
