Excavation in foundations , trenches etc., in earth work , lift up to 1.50 metres. Stacking the eacavated soil not more than 3 metres clear from the edge of the excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15 cm. (fifteen centimetres) layers , when required in to plinth and sides of foundations etc., conslolidating each of the disposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing off all excavated soil as directed with in the load of 20 mtrs. Pick and Jumper work etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer - in - Charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 (1cement:4sand:8graded stone agg. 40mm nominal size)and curing complete excluding cost of form work in :- a) Foundation and plinth.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:11/2 :3 ( 1cement: 1 1/2 sand: 3graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size )and curing complete excluding the cost of form work and reinforcement in:-

foundation footing and bases of columns & like mass concrete.

Walls(any thickness but ot less than 0.1 mtr thickness) attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses etc. from top of foundation level up to floor two level.

Providing & laying CC 1:2:4 1cement:2 sand 4 graded aggregates 20mm nominal size curing complete excluding cost of form work & reinforcement for RCC work in:- with in all leads and lifts as per the directions of the Engineer in charge.

In suspended floor roofs landing shalves & their support balconies,beams, girders bressumers cantilevers upto floor two level

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm thick so as to give fair finish I/c centering shuttering propping etc. height of propping below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4mt. Height & removal of same in situ reinforce ment concrete and plain concrete work in :-

Vertical surface such as walls(any thickness) partitions and the like including attached pillasters, butteresses, plinth and string courses and the like.

Flat surfaces such as soffits of suspended floor roofs landing & like floor etc.,upto 200mm thickness.

Edge of slab and break in floor 20 cm wide

Providing mild steel/tor steel reinforcement I/c bending binding and placing in position complete

Steel work welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work including cutting hoisting Fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red lead paint :-

In trusses and trussed purlings in buildings.

20 mm thick cement plasterin two coats , 15 mm and finisinhing coat 5 mm thick on rough side of brics/stone/concrete walls for interior plastering up to floor two level including arrisses, internal rounded angles, chamfers and or rounded angles not exceeding 80 mm in girth and finished even and smooth with in all leads and lifts in C.M 1:6 ( 1 cement : 6 sand )

Providing and laying heavy duty precast cement conrete inter locking precast cement conrete inter locking paver blocks vibro compacted upto M-50 grade i/c border or kurb block grey or coloured over sub-base of concrete with 25mm thick average thickness of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 sand) laid over and jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of blocks i/c curing rubbing & polishing complete (Sub base concrete floor to be paid for 60mm thick inter locking blocks

White washing with lime on undecorated wall surfaces (two coats) to give an even shade including thoroughly brooming the surface to remove all dirt dust mortor drops and other foreign matter.

Painting two coats (excluding priming coat) on new steel and other metal surfaces with enamel paint brushing to give an even shade including cleaning the surface of all dirt, dust and other foreign matters.

Supplying and Fixing woven plains G.I wire fencing of mesh 50mm to 150 mm to any type of standard rails ,strainging bolts etc. including provision of binding wire, staples etc.

Supplying of various materials for pump house.i)Tool Kit with all accessory etc.(ii) Bearing puller, insulation gloves & gress gen iii) Steel / C.I.chairs,Poly table

Half Brick masonary using common burnt clay building bricks above plinth upto floor two level in cm 1:4(1cement:4sand)conventiohal brick 2nd class

Dry brick /boulder filling round soak pit 2nd class with in all leads and lifts as per the directions of the Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing (M.S Sheet & Angle iron) 600X60 mm dia man hole cover with frame cantrolling chamber for wheel valve complete. In all respect i.e locking arrangement etc. (not less than 35 kg each) abd angle iron stair case for up & down (not less than 75 kg)

Providing & fixing GMS tubes of following dia in wall floor, ventilating pipe/over flow pipe etc. including tube fitting and making the wall, floor etc. good. i.e ewlding with one feets 25 mm flat iron both side of req. pipes. (25mm-80mm) dia

Providing & fixing cantrolling arrangement with( 25 to 65) mm dia wheel valve i/c all type of tube fitting compelete.

Painting two coats deco paint on RCC Work including cleaning all dirt, dust and other foreign matters other than white paint.

Laying and jointing in treanches GMS tube the same as per entire satisfication of Engineer - in - Charge.

Lifting of Filter media from existing filter tank and stacking the same in with in all leads and lifts as per the direction of the Engineer - Incharge.
