Schedule 'A' Part-XI (Miscellaneous works)

Internal Electrification

Item No 01 : M&L for Point wiring for; one light point controlled by one switch with 1100-volts grade PVC insulated-unsheathed 1.5 Sq mm multistranded, two single core copper conductor cable (FRLSH) with continuous earth wire of 1.5 Sq mm multistranded copper conductor cable (FRLSH) PVC insulated-unsheathed, drawn in and including concealed non mettalic rigid PVC conduit medium grade with fittings (ISI marked) not less than 20 mm dia sunk in MS pressed steel boxes made out of not less than 1.6 mm thick sheet for housing switches etc covered with 3 mm thick white laminated 'bakelite' sheet(ISI Marked) and including painting outer side with one coat of bitumenus paint and inside a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Item No 02 : M&L for Point wiring using approved colour coding as per IS, with multistranded copper conductor 1.5 Sq. mm (nominal area), two single core, PVC insulated and unsheathed FRLSH cable 1100 volts grade ISI-694 marked drawn through in and including heavy duty, PVC concealed conduit of white/ ivory colour including all accessories. heavy duty ISI marked after chasing in wall / ceiling etc, with GI sunken boxes 1.2 mm thick, 60 mm deep with earth dolly duly, covered with modular white cover plate with inner frame suitable for modular switches, including PVC insulated multistranded copper conductor 1.5 Sqmm (nominal area) single core FRLSH cable as earth continuity conductor to common earth and connecting to earth dolly complete all as specified and as directed for the following:-

Item No 03 : M&L for Point wiring for one 5/15 Amps Switch socket combination using approved colour coding as per IS, with multistranded copper conductor 2.5 Sq mm (nominal area), two single core, PVC insulated and unsheathed FRLSH cable 1100 volts grade IS-694 marked drawn through in and including heavy duty, PVC concealed conduit of white/ ivory colour including all accessories. heavy duty ISI marked after chasing in wall / ceiling etc, with GI sunken boxes 1.2 mm thick, 60 mm deep with earth dolly duly, covered with modular white cover plate with inner frame suitable for modular switches, including PVC insulated multistranded copper conductor 2.5 Sqmm (nominal area) single core FRLSH cable as earth continuity conductor to common earth and connecting to earth dolly complete all as specified and as directed.

Item No 04 : M&L for Sub main wiring with approved colour coding as per IS with two single core PVC insulated FRLSH cable with stranded copper conductor of size 6 Sq mm nominal area and draing into suitable size of PVC non metallic rigid heavy duty PVC conduit of white/ ivory colour and its accessories ISI marked heavy duty of suitable size including concealed in wall etc one run of PVC insulated with 6.0 Sqmm (nominal area) stranded copper conductor FRLSH cable as earth wire complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Two runs of conductor cable, one run of earth cable and one run of PVC conduit will be measured as one unit.

Item No 21 : Supply and fix self contained drinking water cooler partially stainless steel working with non CFC refrigerent of above 3 star rating suitable for operation 230 Volts 50 cycles AC supply having approx storage and nominal cooling capacity 40/80 Ltrs (approx storage capacity of 80 litre and normal cooling capacity of 40 litre per hour) and including making of PCC platfarm of suitable size as directed for fixing of water cooler complete all as specified and directed. Item No 22: Supply & fix Refrigerators 4 star rated electric driven (single Phase) capacity working working with non CFC refrigerent of capacity 210 litres complete all as specified and directed. (Make:- Godrej/Whirlpool/LG/Samsung)

Item No 23: Supply and fix Voltage stablizer for automatic operation single phase naturally air cooled indoor type and disigned for input variation between 170 Volts to 250 Volts with output voltage stabilised at 230 Volts with accecories of + 2.5% and capacity 1 KVA complete all as specified and directed.

Road Path and Culvert

Item No 25: Material and labour for road marking with reflective thermoplastic paint of 2.0mm thickness, best quality white/yellow reflective TRM (crystalex) conforming to specifications laid down by the indian roads congress and BS-3262, with 20% glass beads (intermixed) spread and laid by automatic mechanical machine, engine driven, over a coat of primer as per manufacturers instructions, in strips of deried pattern, in width as directed including preparation and cleaning of old surface complete all as specified and as shown on drawing.

Item No 26: M & L for Single RCC hume pipe culvert of 450mm dia 6 mtr long class NP2 in expansive soil including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil complete all as specified and as shown on drawing.

External Electric Supply

Item No 27: S&F Cable route indicator / Marker made up of PCC Block 1:3:6 (20 mm graded aggregrate) of size 900 x 300 x 100 mm thick with DANGER /440 VOLTS, LT CABLE / MES embossing on cable route indicator / Marker including painting as per approved colour and buried in ground 45 Cms including necessary earth work (as required / ordered at site) complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 28: S&F Juction Box for street Lights of size 300 x 250 x 150 mm made out of CRCA sheet 2mm thick totally enclosed, dust and vermin proof, rain protected slanted roof top, door pasted with rubber gasket, water tight IP 42 protection single leaf shutter in front having proper locking arrangements, and painted with powder coating paint and suitable size of "connectwell" stud terminal (provision for socket bolting) - 05 Nos suitable for 415 volts, 50 Hz, 3 phase 4 wire internal wiring system including MCB SP 06 amps - 01 No and mounted on security light pole with suitable bracket nuts, bolts complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 34: Construction of Soakage well of size 2.4 Mtr internal dia x 3 M effective depth, incl exc. in any type of soil, foundation in PCC 1:3:6, well of honey combed masonry with top ring of M25 concrete, RCC cover slab in M25 complete filled with brick bats, removal of soil exc. 250 meter but n.exc. 500 meter, PCC, Brick work, etc. complete all as specified and as shown on drawing.
