M&L repair to pot holes any depth, not exceeding 1 sqm each including sweeping free dust and mud or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads,paths etc cutting around edges to at least 25mm in depth making good by applying tack coat with viscocity grade paving bitumen (VG-10) at 05 Kg per 10 Sqm putting in premixed bituminious macadam, well rammed and sealed with binder 9.80 kg per 10 sqm binded with 0.09 cum of stone chippings 6.30mm size and again well rammed (including supply of premixed macadam, binder and chippings) depth of pot holes exceeding 30mm complete all as specified and directed by Engr In Charge

M&L preparing existing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly priming/tack coat with paving bitumen at the rate of 5 kg per 10 sqm with using bitumin VG-10 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

M&L bituminous premix asphaltic dense concrete 40 mm thick consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder paving bitumen content VG-10 by weight of total mix compacted to required camber and gradient using mechanical self propelled paver and rolled with pnuematic vibratory power roller 8 to 12 tones capacity complete as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

M&L premix bituminous, macadam with paving bitumen VG-10 as @ 4.00% by weight of total mix laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber with granite, trap or Basalt coarse aggregates complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

M&L for preparing bituminous surfaces of road and marking 2.5 thick centre lines, stop lines, dashes, arrows etc and the like n. exc 10 cm wide on roads pavements with hot applied thermo plastic road marking paint of approved colour confirming to BS 3262-1989 with special applicator machine all as per manufacturers instruction complete all as specified and directed by Engr In Charge

Supply and fixing in repair cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector fixed with and including MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures instructions complete all as specified and directed. Make :- Model DA 972 of DARK EYE or equivalent

S&F in repair Road ultra mind convex mirror for Road safety of size 1200mm dia fixed with stainless steel pole of size 75 mm dia with grouting in PCC 1:2:4 in base of minimium height 1.75 mtr above ground level complete all as specified and directed.

Manufacturing, supplying and fixing retro reflective Overhead informatory road signage and boards, made up of 2 mm thick aluminium sheet, face to be fully covered with high intensity and encapsulated lens type heat activated retro reflective sheeting conforming to type - III of ASTMD- 4956-01 as approved by Engineer-in-charge, letters, borders etc. as per IRC : 67-2001 in silver white with blue colour back ground and with high intensity grade, pasted on substrate by pressure sensitive adhesive backing which shall be activated by applying pressure conforming to class II of ASTM-D-4956-01 and fixing the same to the plate of structural frame work by means of suitable sized aluminium alloys, rivets or bolts & nuts @ 300 mm centre to centre all along the periphery as well as in two vertical rows along with theft resistant measures, including the cost of painting with two or more coats of epoxy paint in grey colour on the back side of aluminium sheet including appropriate priming coat. The rate includes the cost of rounding off the corners, lowering down the structural frame work from the gantry, fixing and erecting the same in position all complete as per drawings, specification and direction of the engineer-in- charge. (To be fixed on existing structural frame work).
