Cement Concrete 1:5:10 (One Cement, Five crushed stone sand and Ten hard broken stone jelly) using 40 mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for foundation including dewatering wherever necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15 cm thick well rammed, consolidated and including curing etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and erecting steel centering including necessary supports for plane surfaces for Reinforced Cement Concrete works such as vertical slab, side slabs of boxing, vertical drops, facia, vertical wall, etc. using mild steel sheets of size 1200cm x 60cm and 10 BG stiffened with welded mild steel angles of size 40mm x 40mm x 5 mm for boarding, laid with silver oak joists of size 10cm x 5cm & 7.5cm x 5cm as support runner, Top Horizontal stiffener spaced at about 60cm to 90cm centre to centre or at suitable intervals. MS Channel Section (ISMC 100) shall be provided as a vertical support @1.20m C/C and with Lateral support of Steel Adjustable Telescopic Props of Size 2m x 2m (expandable upto 3.60m) & steel pipes of 20mm dia @ required level/spacing etc. complete complying with standard specifcation and as directed by the departmental officers. (Payment for centering shall be given after the concrete is laid)

Supplying and erecting centering for plane surfaces such as RCC Floor/Roof Beam, Lintels, Cantilever Beams, Bed Blocks etc.. with necessary supports and strutting upto 3.60m height in all floors with all cross bracings using MS Sheets made of 10 gauge thick welded with MS angle of Size 25mm x 25mm x 3mm for boarding laid over Steel adjustable Span of Size 2m x 2m(expandable upto 3.60m) and Silver Oak Joists of Size 10 x 5 cm spaced at 50cm to 60cm c/c and supported by Steel Adjustable Telescopic Props of Size 2m x 2m (expandable upto 3.60m) made with outer steel pipe with dia 50mm (3.60mm thick) and inner steel pipe with dia 40mm (2.90mm thick) Spaced at not more than 50 to 60cm c/c , etc complete complying with standard specifications. Steel adjustable span and Steel Adjustable telescopic props shall be provided as directed by the departmental Officers. (Payment for centering shall be given after the concrete is laid).

Providing and laying in position, standardised concrete Mix M-20 Grade by insitu machine mix concrete adopting weighing batch method in accordance with IS 456 using 20mm and down graded hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works with minimum cement content of 325 kg/m3 and maximum water cement ratio of 0.55, including admixture (plasticiser / super plasticiser) in recommended proportions as per IS:9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability with about (5 Cu.m) 7730 kg. of 20mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (3.3 Cu.m) 5156 kg. of 10-12mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (4.79 cu.m) 7670 kg. of crushed stone sand, but excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges, centering and shuttering and also including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc. and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor/ roof slabs wherever necessary without claiming extra, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. The coarse and fine aggregates to be used should comply with the requirements of IS standards. (No separate payment will be made by the Department for the excess usage of materials).

In Ground floor

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position Mild Steel / Ribbed Tor Steel reinforcement grills of all variety like HYSD/CTD/TMTand all grade like Fe 500, Fe550D, Fe 500 D etc., for all RCC works as per design given including cost of steel reinforcement and G.I. binding wire, wastage etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.(Contractor has to make his own arrangements for the supply of steel reinforcement and binding wire)

Providing Anti-termite treatment to soil adjacent and under building foundation, plinth periphery of the building by application of chemicals of IS 6313 Part I to IV in stages to suit the progress of work as per the detailed specification as below. (Measurements taken for the plinth area for the purpose of payment) including breaking of termite mounds, making holes with crow bar, closing the holes after the treatment and including cost of chemicals, labour charges, transport and storing, etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers. (The chemical should be got approved by Executive Engineer before use on work).

Stage-1: Spraying anti-termite chemical solution for the foundation before laying concrete, in bottom and sides of foundation.

Stage-2: Spraying anti-termite chemical solution to the grade beam level, spraying has to done for the grade beam, brick masonry contact with the back fill earth.

Stage-3: Spraying anti-termite chemical solution on the sand for the flooring before laying the flooring concrete. This treatment has to be carried out on the sand filling by making holes with crow bar to a depth of 60cms and at 60cms intervals on both direction and at junction of wall and flooring thoroughout.

Stage-4: Spraying anti-termite chemical solution alround building outside by making holes through bar before laying plinth protection and the holes to be closed after the treatment

Brick work in Cement Mortar 1:5 (One Cement and five CS Sand) using best quality Fly ash Brick of size 230x110x70mm with class designation of 7.5 conforming to IS 13757-1993 or IS 12894-2002 for foundation and basement including Cost of Mortar Plasticizer, curing, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. Brickwork shall be done as per IS 2212-1991 adopting English Bond generally. other type of bond shall be done as directed by the Executive Engineer in charge.

In Ground floor

Plastering with Cement Mortar 1:5 (One cement and Five Plastering sand), 12mm thick in all floors including mortar plasticizer at 200ml per 50Kg of cement used, curing etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Paving the floor with best quality Double Charged Vitrified Tiles 800 x 800 x 10mm and variety conforming IS 15622 with water absorbtion less than 0.08% of approved colour and shade laid over cement mortar bed of 20mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 (one cement and three crushed stone sand) with required Cement Slurry and Mortar Plasticizer in all floors and the top pointed with Water Resistant Tile Epoxy Grout etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The make and brand of the tiles should be got approved by Executive Engineer before use on works)

Fabricating Supplying and fixing in position of Aluminium anodised Powder Coated of single leaf door with half panelled with 12mm thick both side laminated particle board at bottom and half glazed using 5.50mm thick Plain glass at top.The outer frame shall be with aluminium box section 101.60x44.45x3.18m at 2.319kg/m and Shutter frame made of section Vertical & Top rail: [email protected] kg/m and Bottom rail: 100x44.45x2.50mm@ 1.974 kg/m, Lock rail : 50x44.45x2.5mm @ 1.292 kg/m,Alu. Clips: 17.15x17.27x1.50mm @ 0.176 kg/m,Alu. Handle: 100x30mm @ 0.988 kg/m and necessary accessories such as aluminium clips, rubber beading, PVC felt, handle for a length of shutter (both sides), locking arrangements, furniture fittings such as aluminium tower bolts-250x12mm - Eachs., aluminium tower bolt 200x12mm - 1No., aluminium Hydraulic door closer - 1No ., lock-1No., Door stopper with rubber bush including cost of materials labour charges and power consumption charges required for fabrication including chipping, dismantling and making hole to the required extent in RCC column, beams, masonry with power drill wherever necessary and redoing the damaged portion to the original condition after fixing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the deparmental officers.. All the Alu. Section are to be anodised with matt finish under electricaly controlled conditions in accordance with IS 1868/1962 for an average anatic film thickness of 15 microns etc., complete. Aluminium sections,and furniture fittings shall be got approved by the Executive Engineer incharge.

White washing two coats with freshly burnt white shell lime in all floors including cost of lime,blue powder fevicol type gum,brushes,scaffolding charges,etc,complete complying with standard specification and as directed.

Painting New Plastered Wall Surface with Two finishing coats of ready mixed (Emulsion) of approved quality and colour over one coat priming coat in all floors including the cost of primer etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.(The make, quality and colour of paint should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works.)

Supply and Installation of 100mm drywall Partition with layers of Anutone Tufbloc, square edge, Magnesia cement core panels of size 1200x2400x12mm, volume density 1000kgs/m3, weight 12kg/m2, installed on using exsiting Auminimum channel. Tufbloc 1200X2400X12mm is fastened onto the exsiting Aluminimum Channel behind in staggered manner using self drilling (drill tip) fasteners at 300mm centers. 4mm gap should be maintained between boards on all sides. Another layer of Tufbloc 1200X2400X12mm is fastened onto the first layer of Tufbloc 12mm in staggered manner. 4mm gap should be maintained between boards on all sides. Repeat the process similarly on the other side of the framework to partition system. 4mm gap between Tufbloc boards to be filled in full depth by using Seam kit / Jointing Compound as per given recommendations and guidelines the system is back lined with synth pf 10x50mm .Technical Parameters Fire (Class) – 1 & P, Acoustics - STC 43, Thermal conductivity (W/mk)– 0.118, Climate (°C, RH) – 50, 95, Light reflectance (%) – Paint dependant ,Green (VoC, RC %) – Low, 30.

Supply and installation of Anutone (or) Euivalent Brand of Acoustical False Ceiling of subtex nubby, square edge, glass fibre core fully encapsulated ceiling tile of size 595 x 595 x 15mm having volume density 120 Kgs / m3, weight 1.8 / 2.4 / 3 kg / m2 which is suspended by using 0.3mm thick skelet trelis T15 metal grid system. Skelet trelis T15 metal grid system of 600 x 600mm module includes skelet WA15 W30 wall angle with unequal flanges of 15 / 19mm, length 3000mm, fixed along the perimeter of walls with the help of nylon sleeves and suitable fasteners at 300mm centers. Then suspend the skelet MT15 W36 MainT with flange width 15mm, height 32mm and length 3600mm, from the soffit slab with help of soffit cleat and wire rod with leveling spring clip at 1200mm centres. Skelet CT15 W12 CrossT with flange width 15mm, height 26mm and length 1200mm is interlocked into the pre-cut slots in the Main T15 at 600mm centers in the perpendicular direction to the Main T15. Finally, the skelet CT15W06 CrossT with flange width 15mm, height 26mm and length 600mm are interlocked into the precut slots in the CT15W12 CrossT in direction parallel to the Main T15 to result in 600 x 600mm module. The subtex nubby square edge of size 595 x 595 x 15mm shall be placed into the grid size of 600 x 600mm. Ensure arrow marks behind the tiles are oriented in one direction to achieve uniform shade. The systems to achieve noise reduction coefficient not less than 0.9 NRC, so as to have an neat appearance as directed by the department offices. Acoustical Subtex Ebony, square edge, Glassfibre core fully encapsulated ceiling tile of size 595x595x15mm having density 100- 120Kgs/m3, weight 1.5-1.8kg/m2 which is suspended by using 0.3mm thick and 15mm wide pre coated metal T15 grid system.The T15 Grid system of 600x600mm module shall include wall angle (WA15W30) with unequal flanges of size 14&20mm wide, length 3000mm, 0.43mm thick fixed along the perimeter of walls with the help of nylon sleeves and suitable fasteners at 300mm centers. Then suspend the Main T15 (MT15W36) having flange width 15mm, height 32mm and length 3600mm from the soffit with help of soffit cleat and wire rod with leveling spring clip at 1200mm c/c. Cross T15 (CT15W12) having flange width 15mm, height 32mm and length 1200mm is then interlocked into the pre-cut sLots in the Main T15 at 600mm centers in the direction perpendicular to the Main T15. Finally Cross T15 (CT15W06) having flange width 15mm, height 32mm and length 600mm are then interlocked into the pre cut sLots in the 1200mm Cross T15 at 1200mm centers and in direction parallel to the Main T15. Acoustical Subtex Ebony Square edge of size 595x595x15mm thick shall be placed into the grid size of 600x600mm. Ensure arrow marks behind Acoustical panels are orianted in one direction to achieve uniform shade.

Supply and installation of Anutone Acoustic wall fabric stretch system by using FR Grade fabric of size 1400mm width, shall be stretched by using CC 25 with infill of synth pf 5X25 mm thick, rigid vinyl Stretch Tracks half wrap/full wrap 15mm (FS15) and Midseam 15mm (FS15), strand board, synth PF infill with requisite accessories & tools. CC 25 mm is first installed on the wall along with ithe marking lines with metal fasteners inserted at 300mm centers . FS15 tracks to be installed on wooden base, after applying Stick S7 adhesive on both surfaces for a true and continuous secure grip, and heavy-duty fasteners at 150mm centers on one/both sides of Stretch Tracks. the Strand3 Fibre square edge magnesite bonded pinewood fiber panels of size 600x1200x20mm having density 400kg/m3, weight 4kg which is fixed to wall with suitable fasteners. Synth PF 5x25mm thick adhered on strand panel by using Stick 7 adhesive.Fabric of width 1400mm is then aligned to the Stretch tracks by following the fabric thread line or pattern. The fabric is stretched and tucked into the Stretch tracks and secure into the locking jaws so that it will be smooth, free of wrinkles with the tucking tools. Note -minimum 50mm additional fabric is required for tucking hence maximum module wall fabric width would be 1300mm.
