Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position, pre-cast slabs, coving and concrete padding over roof slab incl existing tarfelt and cleaning/washing down and removing demolished material exc 250mtr but n exc 500m and depositing where directed.complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting out cracks to 'V' section in existing roofs or terracing cleaning out, wetting, grouting with cement and sand slurry 1:3 with water proofing compound liquid ( Note : water proofing compound liquid measured and paid seperately)complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Brushing neat cement slurry with 3.0 Kg of cement per Sqm etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1 : 2 : 4 type B1, 50 mm thick average( using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) mixed with water proofing liquid as in padding on roofs to maintain slope correction of the depresed/ undulated portions finishing cement concrete even and smooth with0ut using extra cement over a coat of neat cement slurry with 3.0 kg of cement per sqm brushed on the existing surfaces etc complete all as specified and as directed. (Note :- Supply only water proofing liquid and a coat of cement slurry with 3.0 Kg per Sqm shall be measured and paid separately).

Taking down existing tar felt, water proofing membrane, water proofing plaster, cement mortar screed, roughening surfaces to receive plaster/screed etc. including cleaning up the surface with water and wire brush and removal of unserviceable debris to a distance n exc 100m complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L screeding 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15mm thick in CM (1:4) for floor finishes even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and as directed.

M&L for waterproofing of APP covered, leaking concrete roof by application of Nano-Tech modified, UV resistant, elastomeric waterproofing clear coating having min. 50% solids mixed with cement and applied as Tie coat, surface coverage: 2.32 Sqm followed by application of single component, water based, 100% pure acrylic, UV resistent, non-yellowing, Bio-organism resistant, solar IR heat reflective coating conforming to BIS STANDARD IS 17218:2019 tested at NABL approved lab with pull off adhesion 2.8 Mpa, passes 2000 HRS accelerated durability test, suitable for all types of cementitious surfaces, white colour, surface coverage 3.25 Sqm/ltr/2 coat (55±5 microns each coat) Note:- 1) Surface preparation of the substrate by cleaning the surface with wire brush / pressure water jet to remove dirt, mildew, loosly held plaster, powdery residue, oil, grease or any other contamination etc as applicable. 2) Application of waterproofing + white cement Tie coat (ratio 1:1). 3) Application of two coat solar IR heat reflective coating of with brush or airless spray. 4) The item includes usage and rentel cost of all the instruments and equipments nedded for cleaning of the substrate and application of coating compound.

M&L for Cleaning the roof surfaces and applying bitumen primer @0.20 Kg per Sqm providing and laying 4mm thick APP modified water proofing membrane weight not less than 4 Kg per Sqm reinforced with non woven polyster mat weight not less 160 gm per Sqm having softening point not less than 140 Degree centigrade, longitudinal tensile strength not less than 800N per 5 cm tearing strength of 180N (by torch application method) with minimum of 10 cm side laps and 15 cm end laps by application of torch.Applying a coat of blown grade hot bitumen 90/15 over the membrane @ 1.20 kg/sqm and applying a coat of solar reflective bitumeons aluminium paint @ 0.1Kg/sqr all as specified and as per manufacturer instructions complete all as directed.

Supply only integral water proofing liquid complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for gunniting work to RCC structure as in column, soffits of slabs, chajja, fascia, lintel beam, roof beam, plinth beam, etc by removing loose concrete cover etc. cleaning to surface with wire brush and applying epoxy paint to rusted reinforcement and supply and fix welded wire mesh fabric or wire net less than 95x95x3mm th adhesive, plaster grade for concrete admixture 1 part of cement and 3.5 part sand and average thickness 40mm and making the surface even including 15mm thick plaster in CM 1:4 finishing the surfaces even and smooth, without using extra cement plumb and making surface true to geometry in line and including necessary form work to carried at upro double story building complete all as specified and directed. Note : Whereever reinforcement required will be measure and paid seperatly complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for TMT mild steel bars, 8mm dia and over, cut to length bent to shape required, including cranking bending spirally for reinforcement to columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips quality conforming to Fe-410-S or Fe-410-0
