Dismantling aluminium/ Gypsum partitions, doors, windows, fixed glazing and false ceiling including disposal of unserviceable material and stacking of serviceable material within 50 meters lead as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Removing Doors and Windows (Steel or wood) with chowkhats by making recesses in walls when the wall is not to be dismantled.(a) Doors of area 3 sqm and below..

Factory manufactured flush door fixed in position iron hinges, etc (excluding the cost of any fittings other than specified above but including labour for fixing the same in position (Code : II Revision IS-2191 Part-I) 1973 (a) Commercial with elm or gurjan facing on both \ Sides with laminated core and lipped edges:- (iv) 35mm thick.

Providing and fixing of 4mm thick veneer make century/ greenply/ kitply on existing wood work including polishing etc. complete in all respects.

Chowkats of commercial hard wood such as Hollock confirming to ISI specification no 1003 m kiln seasoned of doors and windows including iron hold fasts, corner straps cleats, stops, bolts for hold fasts etc, complete fixed in position. (B) Single Rebate (60mm x 100mm)

Dismantling glazed tiles (to be carefully removed).

Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles of different sizes in light colour shades made using Double Charge technology (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption’s less than 0.08% and conforming to IS : 15622 of approved make in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand), complete. ( Design is homogenous throughout the tile body ). (c) Size 1000x1000 mm.

Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles of different sizes in light colour shades made using Double Charge technology (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption’s less than 0.08% and conforming to IS : 15622 of approved make in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand), complete. (b) Size 800x800 mm.

Deduct for not using 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) bedding in laying of floor tiles and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm

Fixing glazed/ Ceramic/ Vitrified floor tiles with cement based high polymer modified quick-set tile adhesive (Water based) conforming to IS: 15477, in average 3mm thickness.

Providing and fixing of cement fibre board on wall with steel structure complete in all respect

Providing and applying texture paint on walls complete in all respects

Providing and fixing of wall panelling made of soft of partal (soft wood) frame work consisting of 3"x2"size partal at required spacing of 2' c/c but not exceeding 3' in either direction or as/site condition, finished with 4mm thick teak veneer over 6mm BWP ply complete. The rate shall inclusive of providing and giving neat finish inclusive of polishing on all exposed wood surfaces. Also note that the ply/laminates fixed to the wooden frame shall have grooves of 8mmx8mm at 400 spacing vertically/horizentaly as per given design

Applying priming coat with cement primer in all shade on newly plastered or concrete exterior surfac.

Providing and applying plaster of paris (ISI marked such as JK, Kohinoor, Maharaja etc.) punning 6mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete in all respect as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Preparation of plastered or concrete surface for painting (including sand papering the surface) using ready mixed cement based wall putty by applying two or more coats to get required finish.

Wall painting with plastic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacturer to give an even shade (two or more coats)

Providing and fixing of Antique brass door handle 8" i/c screws etc. complete in all respect.

Providing and fixing of Antique brass door Tower bolt8" i/c screws etc. complete in all respect.

Providing and fixing bright finished brass 100 mm mortise latch and lock with 6 levers and a pair of lever handles with necessary screws etc. complete (best make of approved quality).

The tiles should have Humidity Resistance (RH) of 99%, Light Reflection > 85%, Thermal Conductivity k = 0.052 - 0.057 w/m K, Fire Performance as per (BS 476 pt - 6 &7)in true horizontal level suspended on interlocking T-Grid of hot dipped all round galvanized iron section of 0.33 mm thick (galvanized @120 gsm) comprising of main T runners of 15x32 mm of length 3000 mm, cross T of size 15x32mm of length 1200 mm and secondary intermediate cross T of size 15x32 mm of length 600 mm to form grid module of size 600x600 mm suspended from ceiling using galvanize

Providing and laying Laminate wooden flooring (Grade AC4 or AC4+ laminates) 6 mm to 12 mm thick, having a good backing layer made up of plastic laminate or melamine, core made up of medium-density fiberboard (MDF),which is less resistant to impact damage and less resistant to being dented by heavy furniture, having a décor layer to give each floor its appearance and consisting of.

Melamine polish two or more coats to give required finish including one coat of wood filler.

Providing and fixing 12mm thick toughned glass in profile assembled sleek snap fit section of size 48mm high and 28mm wide or single glas with double lock snap moudling and gasket to be fixed with help of screws including all necessary fixtures and fittings shall be fixed as per architect drawings and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge

Providing and fixing film on glass complete in all respect

Providing and fixing of partition full/low height, partly glazed & solid partition consisting of partal soft wood frame work consisting of 3"x2" partal wood, except skirting members which shall have 2x75x50mm members at required spacing of 2' c/c but not exceeding 3' in either direction or as/ site condition, finished with 4mm thick teak veneer over 6mm BWP ply on both sides complete with 15mmx20mm thick with good quality wood beading inclusive of P/F 5mm etched glass (as per approved design) in all partition complete. The rate shsall inclusive of providing and giving neat finish inclusive of polishing on all exposed wood surfaces. Also note that the ply/ laminates fixed ot the wooden frame shall have grooves of 8mm x 8mm at 400 spacing verticaly/ horizentaly as per given design.

Providing and fixing partition upto ceiling height consisting of G.I. frame and required board including providing and fixing of frame work made of special section power pressed/ role form G.I. sheet with zinc coating of grade 175 consisting of floor and ceiling channel 50mm wide having equal flanges of 32mm and 0.5mm thick fixed to the floor and ceiling at the spacing of 610mm centre to centre with dash fastener of 12.5mm diameter,40mm length and the studs 48mm wide having one flange of 34mm and other flange 36mm and 0.50mm thick fixed vertically within flanges of floor and ceiling channel and placed at a spacing of 610mm centre to centre by 6mm dia bolts and nuts at both ends of partition fixed flush to wall with rawl plugs at spacing 450mm centre to centre and fixing of boards to either side of frame work by 25mm drive all screws on studs, floor and ceiling channels at the spacing of 300mm..

Providing and fixing aluminum work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/appropriate z sections and other sections conforming to Is: 733 and IS : 1285 of Jindal, Hindalco, Mahavir or equivalent make approved by Engineer in Charge , fixed with rawl plugs and screws or with fixing clips, or with expansion hold fasteners including necessary filling up of gaps at junctions, at top, bottom and sides with required PVC Plug/neoprene felt etc. aluminum sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitered and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, aluminum snap beading for glazing/paneling, C.P.brass/stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-InCharge.
