TURIP 2025-26 RESTROATION OF BT SURFACE, RENEWAL OF CC ROAD AND PAVER BLOCK

Providing and laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to Wet mix macadam (WMM) specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage to mixed material by tipper to site laying in uniform layers with paver in sub base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achive the desired density complete as per clasue 406 of MORTH specifications.

Providing and laying prime coat over WMM surface using 7 Kgs of Emulsion Bitumen at the rate of per ten square metre for preparatory to another bituminous construction over it including cost of material, labour charges rentals for machinary, fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per clause of 502 of MORTH specification. Rev-5.

Providing and laying tack coat over WMM surface treated with primer using 2.50 Kgs of Emulsion Bitumen at the rate of per ten square metre for preparatory to another bituminous construction over it including cost of material, labour charges rentals for machinary, fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per clause of 502 of MORTH specification. Rev-5.

Providing and laying tack coat of 2kgs/10 sqm over the BT surface treated with binder using 2 kgs of bituminous Emulsion (RS) for 10square meter area including cost of bituminous binder, including labour charges for applying the required quantity of bituminous binder as tack coat manually etc., complete as per 503 of MORTH Specifications

Providing and laying 50mm consolidated thick Dense Bituminous Macadam using 0.24cum of 26.50- 13.20mm, 0.25cum of 13.20 -2.36mm and 0.23 cum of 2.6mm & below and with 53.20 kgs of VG30/ VG 40 bitumen for premixing per 10sqm including cost and conveyance of all meterials to CMP site , heating the bitumen and aggregate to required temperature and mixing them in required temperature in central hot mix plant 20-30 ton capacity , conveying the mix by tipper trucks to work site , spreading the mix to uniform thickness of 50mm with paver to the specified grades and cross sections and compacted by vibratory / pneumatic roller to the required density etc ., including labour for attending to paver ay site etc., including hire charges and fuel charges for 20-30 t CMP with bitumen boiler , tipper trucks , paver Finisher ,/9 m paver finisher, vibratory / pneumatic rollers and all other tools and plant reauired , including fuel and all other incidental charges etc ., complete and per specification using CMP as per clause 505 MORTHRev-5

Providing and laying Bituminous Concrete to 30/40mm thick using 0.13 cu.m of 19.00-9.50mm, 0.17 cu.m of 9.50-2.36mm and 0.26 cu.m of 2.36 and below with 47.28kgs of VG30 bitumen and 3.02Kgs of Waste Plastic for premixing per 10sqm including cost and conveyance of all materials to CMP site, heating the bitumen and aggregate to required temperature and mixing them in required temperature in central hot mix plant 20-30 ton capacity, conveying the mix by tipper trucks to paver site, spreading the mix to uniform thickness of 40mm with mechanical paver to the specified grades and cross sections and consolidated by 8-10 tonne Vibratory Roller to the required density etc., including labour for attending to paver to site etc., including hire charges and fuel charges for 20-30 t CMP with bitumen boiler, tipper trucks, Paver Finisher, Vibratory roller and all other tools and plant required, including fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per specification using CMP as per clause 507 of MORTH Rev-5

Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5mm thick including reflectorising glass beads as per IRC:35 the finished surface to be level, unifirm and free from streeks and holes etc., complete as per MORTH specification No:803

Plain Cement Concrete 1:4:8 (one cement, four fine aggregates and eight coarse aggregates) using 40mm size ISS HBG metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and labour charges and all incidential charges such as water providing etc., complete as per standard specification

Vibrated Reinforced Cement Concrete M20 (Design mix) using 20 mm ISS HBG graded metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and cement at site excluding cost and fabrication of steel but form work and centering soft water labour charges for mixing, transporting, placing in position, vibrating and compacting finishing and curing concrete, working at heights, hire charges for Hire charges for Tools and plants, including all other incidental charges, etc., complete as per standard specifications

Providing and fixing Bitumen Pad for Expansion joint in between pavement slabs to 12mm thick and fixed as shown in the drawing including cost and conveyence of expansion joints including shalimar pad and joint sealent etc, complete as per standard specification

Supplying and laying of Interlocking Paver Block Stone 83mm thick Over a base layer of crushed stone sandfilling incl. Cost of materials laying and Labour charges etc complete complying with the standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.
