S&F Sheet metal enclosure for DB’s double door IP-43 Single pole & neutral 240 V, 4 way with cable and box conforming to IS-8623-1 & 3, IEC 61439-1 & 3 made in CRCA sheet steel, RAL 9003 powder coated ready to use DB’s provided with 100 A insulated phase bus bar, neutral bar with shrouds, earth bar, sticking saddles, cement spill protector, colour coded interconnection wire set, cable ties, blanking plates and circuit identification label with provision for DP MCB as incomer and SP MCBs as outgoing complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- (a) MCBs shall be measured and paid separately. S&F single pole MCB 6 to 16 Amps 240 v, 50 Hz AC Made from moulded self-extinguishing thermostat plastic and suitable for ‘C’ curve, 15 KV breaking capacity conforms to IS/IEC 60947-2 and terminal box suitable upto 35 Sqmm cable complete all as specified and directed. Make/Model : Cart Part No. BB10060C of make L&T or Cat Part No. CSMBS1C6 of make C&S or equivalent in Schneider.

Supply and fix Regal batten for LED tube side connection light fitting 24 W, wall mounting 230V, and including lamps and connected accessories flexible copper wire from ceiling rose to light fitting terminal complete all as specified and directed. Supply & Fix security bldg light fittings on pole/wall using with LED 20 Watt 240 Volts with high quality lenses and reflector high grade aluminium pressure die cast housing with toughened glass cover with IP-66 class of protection with control gear and accessories including provision of connecting cable with With 1.5 sqmm nominal cross sectional area single core unsheathed FRLS cable 1100 V grade ISI 694 marked with value CML No in and including PVC conduit and conduit accessories etc including continuity cable connected common earth continuity cable connected to common earth complete. Make : Wipro cat part No LR02-261-XXX-57-XX or cat part No BRP046 LED 30 CW MR S1 PSU GR of make Philips or equivalent in GE.

M & L for bracket made out of GI tubing 40mm dia light grade 1.2 mtr long including fixing with MS clamps -2 Nos made out of 50mm wide 5mm thick flat iron with M.S nuts bolts 75 mm long 12 mm dia -4 Nos with flat washer (3 mm thick) -02 No for each including painting with aluminium paint over one coat of red oxide to the M.S clamps & bracket etc complete, all as specified.

Supply & fix heavy duty exhaust fans 300 mm sweep AC single phase 230/240 V turbo force 900 RPM steel finish including 04 Nos, suitable nut, bolts and washers complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only ceiling fan 1200 mm sweep, ISI marked BLDC BEE 5 star rating conforming to IS – 374 white colour blade thickness 1.1 mm of aluminium, double ball bearing including canopy 2 Nos complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Cast Iron sluice valve 80mm with flanged ends of Class PN 1.6 with iron wheel head, stainless steel spindle rising type with neoprene gasket, stainless steel nuts, bolts, washers, etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Star delta starter fully automatic suitable for 415V AC 12.5HP (for centeifugal pump / submersible pump with all electrical connections) without enclosure (panel mount type) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix cable glands made out of steel double compression type suitable for PVC arm 3.5 / 4 Core

Supply, install, test and commissioning of submersible pump set electric driven, 3 phase, 415 volts, 50 Hz cast iron body having discharge capacity not less than 11 LPS at 48 mtr head suitable for semi underground sump, including providing common header with suitable GI pipe and marking flow direction on pipes etc complete .(One for Service and One for Standby)

Supply, install, test and commissioning of centrifugal pump set electric driven, 3 phase, 415 volts, 50HZ having discharge capacity not less than 10.5 LPS at 54 mtr head including providing common header with flange joints etc and PCC foundation and platform and MS base frame as per manufactures recommendation and including control cable from starter to motor of adequate length and size as per site requirement complete .(One for Service and One for Standby)

Supply and fix Foot valve ball type heavy duty suitable for 80 mm dia pipe line (from suction pipe of pumpset) all as per the direction of engineer in charge.Make NORMAX/RMCO/Leader Note : The rate quoted shall deemed to be included the cost of minor alteration to the pipe for fixing of above foot valve complete.

Supply and lay 3 core 4sqmm flat copper Submersible cable suitable for open well complete all as specified and directed. Make: havells / polycab/ Finolex

M&L Road cutting (of bituminous surface laid above hard / dense soil ) including excavation in trenches (below bituminous surface) n exc 1.5m wide and n exc 1.5m in deep for laying of GI pipe and refilling after laying pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Construction of masonry valve chamber of size 600 x 600 x 600mm internal size, 100mm thick foundation using PCC 1:4:8, type D2, over 15cm thick hard core, 20cm thick solid block masonry with blocks cast using PCC, rendering internal surfaces and external surfaces up to 15cm below ground level and top of floor in cement and sand mortar 1:4, finished even and smooth without using extra cement, 3.15mm thick MS sheet cover including 50mm x 50mm x 6mm flat iron hold fasts, handles, hinges with locking arrangements, applying one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of synthetic enamel paint to all steel surfaces and earth work in any type of soil including disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50m complete all as specified.

M&L for boring of holes under roads, pavements, hard standing by trench less technology using ultra sounding technique and necessary machine including HDPE pipe of 150mm dia suitable for 0.4Mpa working pressure complete all as specified and directed (for Road crossing between NN I and NN II)
