Disconnection of electrical connection, taking out carefully faulty single phase motor capacity 1.5 HP (1.1KW) installed with hangar doors for moving purpose and taken into civil work shop to carry out necessary servicing, dismantling, including replacement of burnt unserviceable winding with new super enamelled copper wire match with same gauge and specification after cutting and removing the existing burnt/heated up windings, including cleaning of rotor, stator and varnishing, heating and providing fresh insulating materials, reassembling of the same after carry out the repair work, bring back to the site and installation,connection, testing, commissioning complete all as specified and directed.

Servicing to Control Panel board of electrically operated Hangar door, cleaning all internal spares with CRC liquid, replacement of burnt out PVC insulated copper wire with same size of of copper wire, replacement of burnt out contactor, operating buttons, relay complete tesing/ operations complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling/ taking out carefully of broken pinion set including main shaft of 1.5HP motor installed for the operation of doors of Hangar and Supply and fixing of new Pinion set including testing completed all as specified and directed.

M&L in replacement of PVC insulated round copper conductor cable of size 4.0sqmm 1100 volts grade, 3 Core including suitable haging loop insulator as per the site for hanging purpose of cable for operation of Hangar doors complete all as specified and directed.

S&F solid state electronic type Aviation obstruction light fittings with lamp of minimum 302 LED with cast aluminium alloy poly carbonate red colour and connecting up and testing complete on top of the hill/tower/over head reservior and other high rise buildings all as specified and directed. (Note: Deployment of technicians to climb up/down for repair/replacement works with proper safety eqpts is the responsiblity of the contractor)

Supply and fixing of LED 120W energy saving environment friendly and robust high bay /medium bay LED IP 65 with high efficacy light fitting including luminaire/ bulb all as specified and directed. (Make - Bajaj Cat Part No- BGHBM 120W LED XE or equivalent from list of makes.)

Supply and fixing of LED 100W energy saving environment friendly and LED Highbay/mediumbay luminaire suitable for industrial application light fitting including luminaire/ bulb all as specified and directed. (Make - Surya Cat Part No- SLE MB 100W OZEN II or equivalent from list of makes.)

Supply and fixing of LED flood light 200W light fitting Energy saving, environment friendly, long life, exclusive innovative die-cast aluminium flood light with highly efficient LEDs as light source, suitable for highlighting architectural features or retail spaces including necessary fixing arrangement with connceted accessories completed all as specified and as directed.

S&F 3 core cable PVC insulated copper conductor, 1100 Volts grade, 2.5 Sqmm size of ISI marked complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling existing old vintage damaged glow sign board and Supply and fixing of glow signboard of over all size 2000mmX 800mm X250mm (LxHxD) made out of aluminium Equal angle of size 30mmX30mmX3mm thick of suitable length fixed on all outer corners, inside MS square hollow tube of size 25mm and provn of Aluminium Sheet of size 26 gauge 250mm width on four side of the board fixed by using suitable nuts/screws/washers including necessary welding where ever required with double (front and back) side acrylic sheet of size 3mm thick fixed on 75mm PVC heavy duty pipe on both side of length 1.7M erected 30cm above the ground level grouted in Plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate on both side up to a depth of 60CM with a dimension of trench 300X300X600mm depth and symbol/number /alphabeatic reflective cum fluorescent stickers as sign writing letters of size along with provn of suitable size of LED tube light as per required lumens with required wiring inside including 2 core round connecting cable of size 2.5sqmm of suitable length connected from PVC junction box of size 100mmX100mmX40mm depth with inside 2 Nos aluminium bus bars with insulators fixed on one leg above the ground complete as per sample all as specified and directed.
