M&L for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size size conforming to IS-15658-2006 of 60mm thickness M-35m Grade with grey cement and pigment complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete Type B1 1:2:4 (20mm graded stone aggregate) in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating steeltrapizoidal/corrugated 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering / cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for Steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to IS-1161-1979 grade St.-240 complete all as specified and directed.

M& for Painting to steel Surfaces of any description, over 10cm in width or grith with two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxid, not otherwise described complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for precast reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in cover slab of manholes, septic tank etc, set in cement mortar (1:4) including necessary form, moulds etc and including taking out/removal of existing unserviceable cover slab from manholes /septic tank complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately.

S&F for 150 mm dia Reinforced concrete pipes, class NP3, laid and jointed complete with collars with cement mortar (1:1) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 (40mm graded stone aggregate) as in bed to drain pipes incl packing under and completely surrounding pipes with concrete after they are laid and tested for 150 mm dia pipes complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for mild steel Fe-410-W(GdeE-250) quality-B Rolled sections as in Joist, channel, angle, or tee sections, fixed independently, without connecting plates, etc (cut to ordinary lengths i.e. within 20mm of the length indicated complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for Steel work in Roof trusses (framed) trussed purlins, crane gantries purlins, rails and fastenings and heavy bracketframing (beam, tee, angle, channel or flat section) including distance pieces cleats etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for MCB, Single pole, 5 to 32 amps, 240 volts, ‘C’ curve, 10 KA all complete with and including taking down old unsv one complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.50 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.50 mtr deep for taking out/ laying of under ground cable, pole, pipe, stay and getting out in soft soil strata including making good to the disbturbed surfaces such as hardstanding, footpath/ pavments complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand cushioning to under ground cable provided with a layer of sand 8 cm depth before laying of cable and 15 cm depth after laying and stretching the cable all as specified. Note: Punned thickness of sand shall be measured & paid.

M&L for well burnt sub class 'B' bricks of nominal size 230X115X75 mm abutting each other for mechanical protection of cable with width equal to lenght of brick complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for GI protection pipe of 40 mm dia light grade for cable protection including all fittings laid in trenches or fixed on pole/ walls with mild steel clamps, bolts, nuts and washers complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Earth work shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply, fixing/ laying, connecting and commissioning LT underground cable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric cable with multistranded aluminium conductor,10 sqmm,2 core, 1100 Volts grade laid in trenches/ on wall/ poles/ ducts/ pipe including cable glands, lugs and suitable size of MS saddle clips (where ever cable laid in ceilings / walls without cable duct) complete all as specified and directed. Note: Earth work shall be measured & paid separately.
