Repair and meintenance of Need for boundary wall, Iron gate other implementation in the new building at R.Udayagiri in the District of Gajapati for the year 2025-26

Building Work Finishing wall surface of walls with Acrylic wall putty (water based) of approved make and finished smooth and even surface to receive painting including cost of scaffolding staging charges with cost of all materials, labour T&P with Cess etc complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Distempering two coats to the wall surface with any approved shade over a coat of chalk wash including cost of distemper with conveyance of allmaterials and labour with T&P required for the work with Cess etc, complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Finishing wall surface two coats with any approved weather shield cement paint to outer wall surface after celaning surface including cost of paint watering curing with cost conveyance of all materials, labour and Cess required for the work complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying,fitting,fixing up Window (sliding type) made up aluminum Section 9778 as windows frame ,Section No.4095,4096 and 9777,3994 as shutter frame with Mosquito net as panel fitted with rubber beading including locking arrangement including cost of materials alllabour,T&P excluding cost of glass etc.complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying fitting,fixing fully glazed aluminum framed openable windows using 15 micron anodized OEL aluminum section 2082 as out section, 9139 as mullion section, 4124 as shutter section frame with tapered clip of section 4125, aluminum angle, rubber beading,friction stay and handle etc with 5mm black glass including costof materials all labour with T&P & Cessrequired for the work etc complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing 30Cm X 30 Cm ceramic floor tiles fixing in floors treads (or) steps and landing on 25 mm thick bed of C.M (1:1) (1 cement : 1 sand) jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shades of the tiles includingpolishing complete including cost of tiles watering & curing for 7 days with cost, conveyance, royalty, DMF (10% over royalty), EMF (5% over royalty) & Addl. Charges,of all materials & labour T&P and Cess required for the work etc, complete in all respect with surface finishing with polishing materials as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing & fixing Plain Gypsum board celling suspended from roof by adjustableGI ceiling angle with spread at a distance notmore than 600mm fixed to roof by Rowl Plug &stiff cleart . Gypsum board 12.5 mm thick held by G.I Perimeter channel MF-3 & intermediate channel MF-7 framing , boarding, jointing &finishing with special type of Gypsum compound etc .including cost, conveyance &of all materials labour with T&P & Cess etc completein all respect as per direction of EIC.

Providing fixing and fitting of Cornice for Gypsum board ceilling 4" wide of approved quality and approved make confirming to I S with neCessary bends etc complete fixed to wall with Screw etc as per the direction of Engineer in charge including cost of all materials withlabour T & P Cess etc complete.

Providing Cement Concrete (1:3:6) with 40mm size clean hand broken granite metal of approved quality from approved quarry includinghoisting lowering & levelling in position to required level in each layer not exceeding 15cm thick in foundation including frame work where neCessary ramming using vibrator to proper slope and levelling curing dewatering with cost conveyance royality, DMF (10% over royalty), EMF (5% over royalty) & Addl. Charges, labour of all materials and including hire & running charges of machineries required for the work including supplying & working of pumps and Cess as per the specifiction and direction of Engineer-in- charge.

Providing and laying water proofs with polymeric bituminous membrane (Plastic felt) of 2.25 Kg/Sqm and 1.50mm thickness consisting of layers having centre core of 20 microns thermo plastic high molecular high density polyethylene H.M.H. D.P.E film of grade 2504 including priming the surface with bituminous primer @0.30Kg/Sqm providing a coat of hot blown bitumen of 1.32Kg/Sqm applying and laying plastic felt membrane with 10cm overlap adhered to blown bitumen of 85/25 or 90/15 grade and covered with layers of hot blown bitumen @1.20Kg/Sqm etc complete including cost, conveyance of all materials and labour with T&P and Cess etc, required for the work complete as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.
