Demolition of floor &hearth wall tiling including cement motar bedding of any description laid bedded and pointed.

M&L , nonskid coloured ceramic tiles 7mm thick area of each tiles exeeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm in floors etc. set and jointed neat cemet slury and pointed in coloured cement to match complete. (Notes : Screed bed measured and paid separately)

M&L, glazed ceramic coloured tiles (600x300)x 7mm thick incuding boarder tiles on vertical surfaces such as skirting, dados and risers to steps etc. set and jointed neat cemet slury and pointed in coloured cement to match complete. (Notes : Plaster shall be measured and paid separately)

Material and labour for coloured light shade vitrified tiles 600 x 600 x 8 to 10 mm size as in flooring set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match, on flooring,skirting all as specified and as directed.

M&L Rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:4on fair faces of brick/stone or concrete surfaces for backing of dado/skirting all as specified and as directed.

M&L Screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15 mm thick for laying floor finishes in CM 1:6 all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced ) of any description and in any postion not otherwise spcifically provided etc. exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) and removing debris from site complete all as spcified and as directed.

M & L 20mm thick cement screed in cement mortar 1:3 mixed with liquid water proofing compound FOSROC's complast 421 IC @ 130ml per bag of cement including a bonding coat of FOSROC's Nito bond AR cement slurry for roofcslab/ floor complete all as specified (liquid water proofing compound are measure seperately)

Material and Labour for cleaning the surface of sunken floor portion of WC, Bathroom etc., with wire brush, washing with hydrochloric acid to remove dust, dirt, oil, grease, loose particles etc., and providing water proofing treatment to sunken floor by applying first layer of slurry of cement @0.488 kg/Sqm mixed with Acrylic based polymer modified cementitious (PMC) composite compound @ 0.253kg/Sqm and second layer of slurry of cement 0.242 kg/Sqm mixed with acrylic based polymer modified cementitious composite compound @0.126kg /Sqm etc., complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for filling sunken floor of plain cement concrete type E2 1:5:10 (40mm graded aggregate) all as specified and as directed.

M&Lplain cement concrete type D2 1:4:8 (40mm graded agg) 350 mm thickas in sub base to floor.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and paving n exc 15cm thickness (Below or above groundlevel)

M&L 75mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D2 (40 mm graded aggregate) as in Sub base floor finished even and rough to receive the top layer

M&L 75mm thick Plain Cement Concrete type C-1, 1:3:6 (20mm graded stone aggregate) as in floors, etc. finished even & fair without using extra cement complete as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brick tiles or terracing tiles, single layer on roofs including removal of existing water proofing treatment of any description and removal of debris to out side MD land complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for plain Cement Concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregare with WPC completed 40 mm average thickness as in padding concrete for roof treatment, floor/chejjas etc. finished even and fair all as specified and as directed (WPC shall be measured and paid separately)

M&L water proofing treatment by applying primer @ 0.20kg per sqm, providing and laying 3mm thick APP modified water proofing memebarane weighing not less than 3.6 kg per sqm reinforced with non woven polyester matt weighing not less than 100 gm per sqm having softeninbg point not less than 140º centigrade, longitudinal tensile strength not less than 300 N per sqm tearning strenght of 100n by torch on application including minimum over lapping 10cm on either side and 15cm on ends and applying a coat of bitumen primer @ of 0.20 Kg/Sqm and finishing with bituminious aluminium paint applied @ 0.10 Kg / Sqm and finished all as per manufacture's instruction and as directed. Note: The work shall be carried out by authorised applicators of manufacturer.

M & L for cement concrete in Type B1 1:2:4 (20mm gradede aggregate) for coping in chajja, balcony as specified and as directed.

M&L Preparing newly plastered surfaces on external walls and applying one coat of exterior wall primer and two coats of Exterior Emulsion anti-algal weather proof paint complete all as per manufacturer instruction as directed.

M & L for preparation of new surfaces of plastered surfaces of walls and applying three coats of white wash.

M & L for preparation of new surfaces of plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of white wash on ceiling.

M&L for preparation of new surfaces of walls and applying with white putty and making the surface to an even &smooth finish,rubbing with sand paper of different grade etc and applying two coats of Oil bound distermper over a coat of primer to be applied by approved applicator of the manufacturer of the paint and all as specified and as approved.

M & L for Preparation of old decorated surfaces of walls, cornices etc including brooming down or steel wire brushing, scraping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salt and trading oil and greasy spots etc and applying one coat of white wash on wall complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge

Description all as per item No 57 but on ceiling all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

M & L for applying one coat of acrylic distempter on old treated surfaces of any walls including preparation of surface by washing, rubbing down and stooping of distempered surfaces all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L for preparing old wood surfaces and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint of any description over 10 cm width or girth incluidng necessary preparation of surface all as specified and directed.
