Excavation in hilly areas in all heights and depths and in all kinds of soil by manual/mechanical means including saturated soil comprising of ordinary soil, ordinary rock ,soft rock ,hard rock chiseling, wedging out rock(where blasting is prohibited) and their intermediate classification of soil complete including setting out true to the lines, grades, width, cutting and trimming of side slopes and levels as shown on the drawings and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge at site, according to the MORD technical specification section 300 and 1600 and sorting out useful materials and stacking the same within in all leads and lifts in acquired road width and transportation of useful materials for filling in roadways camber ,embankments for grade improvements and disposal of all surplus materials to approved dumping sites through all modes of transportation including head load or animal transport or mechanical means alongwith its leveling fine dressing and carriage of machineries ,materials, tools, equipments and safety measures and other incidentals necessary to complete the work by mechanical means and/ labour if required.All useful materials such as stones, shingle aggregate and slates etcetera shall be sorted out and stacked in proper stack. Recovery of stones to the tune of 10217.01 cubic metre quantity @ Rs. 300/- only ( at the rate of rupees three hundred ) only per cubic metre shall be effected from the contractor’s running bills on pro-rata basis as per actual quantity executed. Any loss to the public/ private property during the course of execution shall be the absolute responsibility of the contractor which shall have to be compensated by him in all cases.The rate is including the octroi, Royality, Malkhana, toll tax, GST or any other tax imposed by the Government.

Earth work in excavation for all type of road structure such as retaining walls, breast walls, culverts, drains and parapets etcetera in all type of classification of soil, comprising of ordinary soil, ordinary rock , hard rock chiseling / wedging out rocks (where blasting is prohibited) as per drawings and MORD technical specification clause 305 and 1603 as per the directions of the Engineer-in-Charge including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious materials and disposal of materials upto any lead and upto any lift including dressing of sides and bottom and back filling in trenches with excavated suitable / approved materials to the original surface in layers not exceeding 150mm one hundred fifty millimetree) compacted thickness including shoring and strutting and pumping and bailing out water (surface and sub soil water) upto any depth and any quantum of water including cleaning of slush which may arise out during dewatering as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. Back filling behind abutments, return walls, wing walls and retaining walls etc. Complete as per drawings and MORD technical specification clause 1203 and 1604 or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge ,including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental. Loosening of ground upto a level of 300mm (Three hundred millimetre ) below the sub grade level, watered, graded with motor grader and compacted in layers to meet the requirements of table 300.1 and 300.2 with three wheel 80-100 (eighty to hundred) kN static roller for sub grade construction as per MORD technical specifications section 303 or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals. Construction of sub grade and earthen shoulders with approved materials obtained from borrow pits within all leads and lifts, transporting to site, spreading, grading by mechanical means to required slope and compacted with three wheel 80-100 (Eighty to Hundred) kN static roller to meet requirements of table 300.2 complete as per MORD technical specifications clause 407 or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals . Construction of granular sub base/ base by providing well graded materials mixing by mechnical mix plant at OMC and carriage of mixed material to site of work in all leads and laying in uniform layer with mortor grade smooth wheel 80-100 (eighty -one hundred) kN static roller to achieve the desired density, as per MORD Technical Specifications clause 401 as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental. Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregate of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 kN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber applying and brooming, stone screening type-"B" of size 11.2mm (eleven point two millimetre) nominal size at the rate of 0.20 cubic metre (zero point two zero cubic metre) per ten square metre and binding materials at the rate of 0.06 Cum (zero point zero six cubic metre) to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading-II 63 to 45mm (sixty three millimetre to forty five millimetre) size 75mm (seventy five millimetre) compacted thickness as per MORD Technical Specification Clause 405 by mannual means including hauling of material in all leads, lifts as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. Providing, laying, spreading and compacting to 75mm (seventy five millimetre ) compacted thickness, graded, broken /crushed stone aggregate, for Grading-III, 53mm to 22.4mm (fifty threemillimetre to twenty two point four millimetre) nominal size to water bound Macadam, specification including spreading in uniform thickness using template, hand packing rolling with three wheel 80-100 (Eighty to Hundred) kN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber including applying and brooming stone screening ,type-B, 11.2 mm (eleven point two millimetre ) at the rate of 0.18 (Zero point one eight) cubic meter per 10 square metre(ten square metre) of road surface to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to required density Grading-III as per MORD technical specifications clause- 405 or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals . Providing and applying Primer Coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-I) on the prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface with hydraulic brooms and spraying primer at the rate of 0.85 kg (Zero point eight five kilogram) per square metre of road surface using bitumen emulsion pressure distributor complete, as per MORD technical specifications clause 502 and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals. Providing and applying Tack Coat with bitumen emulsion (RS-I) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.275 Kg. (Zero point two seven five Kilogram) per Square meter as per MORD technical specifications clause 503 or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals . The rate including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax ,sales tax ,GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying bituminous concrete with 100-120 (one hundred- one hundred twenty) TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 (seventy five) tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder at the rate of 5.5 (five point five ) percent of mix and filler with VG-10 nano technology transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 507 complete in all respects and as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. Construction of un-reinforced, dowel jointed at expansion and construction joint only, plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base, with 43 (forty three) grade cement M30 (M-Thirty Grade), coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS:383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm (twenty five millimetre), mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 (zero point two) cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 (one hundred twenty five) micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the formwork as per drawing), spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes, compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction and expansion, construction joints, applying debonding strips, primer, sealant, dowel bars, near approaches to bridge/culvert and construction joints, admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 1 4days using curing compound (where specified) and water finishing lines and grade as per drawing and MORD Technical specification clause 1501 as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. Providing 100mm (one Hundred millimetre) diameter poly Vinyl chloride pipe Weep holes in brick masonry/stone masonry, plain/reinforced concrete abutments, wing walls return walls and retaining /breast walls etc., extending through the full width of the structure with slope of 1 (V) : 20 (H) (one vertical is to twenty horizontal ) towards drawing face complete as per drawings and MORD technical specifications clause 614, 709 and 1206.60 or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental. Providing and fixing of typical PMGSY informatory sign board with logo as per M.O.R.D. specification and drawing. Three MS plates of 1.6 mm (one point six millimetre) thick top and middle plate duly welded with MS flat iron 25mmx5mm (twenty five millimetre into five millimeters) size on back on edges. The lower plate will be welded with MS angle iron frame of 25mmx25mmx5mm (twenty five millimeter into twenty five millimetres into five millimeter). The angle iron frame of the lower most plate and flat iron frame of middle plate will be welded to 2 Nos. Conforming to IS: 164 on bitumenous / concrete surface, icnluding cleaning the surface of all dirt, dust and other foreign matter as per draing and MORD technical specification clause 1702 or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax ,sales tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.
