Taking down cement of cement lime plaster of any description on brick or stone walls etc including ranking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces (Cement plaster 1:4) finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces (Cement plaster 1:6) finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directe.

M&L for rendering 5mm thick cement mortar (1:3) as in ceiling, soffit of staircase, chhajjas facia etc including cement slurry etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for three coats of white wash on ceiling, soffit of staircase, chhajjas facia etc newly plastered surfaces including preparation of newly plastered surfaces or unplastered surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparing new surfaces (plastered or unplastered) of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of alkali resistant primer on surfaces of walls complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted wooden surface of any description, not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for one coat of synthetic enamel paint including preparation of old decorated steel surfaces/concrete surface of any description over 10 Cm width or girth not otherwise described complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for applying two coats of oil bound distemper using Airless spray technology with max working pressure of 3300 PSI and capable of operating single spray gun with a max material hose length of 30 mtr the spray machine should be of reputed manufacturer with pro guard technology and capability of tracking pressure and paint usage and certified by paint manufacturer and as mentioned in PS and accessories for applying distemper should be able to spray in hard to reach areas and penetration of distemper on the surface complete all as specified and directed. Note: - (a) Sanding of surface to be done by mechanical sander with 1500 - 2700 rpm, with internal dust extraction system for clean environment certified by paint manufacturer. Proper masking to be carried out before primer and paint application). note; (a) Masking of window/doors during spray painting using polythene film will be included. (b) work will be executed upto 5th floor using scaffolding , not bamboo .

M&L for one coat of acrylic water based exterior grade primer @0.9 ltr(undiluted)/10 sqmtrs diluted with water in 1:1 ratio to be applied with fully automatic airless spraymachine of paint application of Asian Paints Trucare Graco or equivalent having anelectric motor of min. 1 HP with a flow speed of min 1 ltr per minute having a pressure of3300 PSI Allow 6-8 hrs to dry the surface for painting of subsequent quotes. note; (a) Sanding of surface to be done by mechanical sander with 1500 - 2700 rpm, with internal dust extraction system for clean environment certified by paint manufacturer.
