Demolition of concrete in ground floors & paving not exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed.

Materials and labour 20 to 25 mm thick Machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and as directed.

Materials and labour for cement concrete 1:2:4 type- B0 25mm thick (using 12.5 mm graded aggregate) as in sub base complete all as specified and as directed.

Materials and labour for Screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 20mm thick CM 1:4 for laying floor finishes complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exc. 1.5m wide and not exc. 1.5 m in depth, for foundations and getting out in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Materials and labour for plain cement concrete (1:4:8) type D-2 in foundation, filling and mass concrete ( using 40 mm graded agg ) complete all as specified and as directed.

Materials and labour for RCC Design mix,M-25 (20mm graded aggregate) in Foundations, including rafts,footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc.; basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Materials and labour RCC Design mix,M-25 ( 20mm graded aggregate) in Walls, retaining walls, basement walls, ballast walls and the like; any thickness; above top of footings including attached pilasters and buttresses complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing for mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape reqd incl cranking , bending spherically for hooping for columns, hooking ends & binding steel wires not less than 0.9mm dia with clips complete all as directed and as specified.

Materials and labour for formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings and plinth beams etc. flat rough finished surfaces of concrete complete all as specifiedand and as directed.

Materials and labour Formwork to faces of walls, retaining walls, abutments, parapets and staircase railings and similar work including attached pillasters, buttresses,etc for flat rough finished surface of concrete complete all as specified and as directed

Materials and labour rendering 10 mm thick cement plaster 1:6 on faces other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces and finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed

Materials and labour for preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of cement based paint using autoroller for making the surface uniform complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing framed work such as grills, framed guard bars, ladders, rallings, frame work of water tanks etc conforming to Fe 290 grade E-165 complete all as specified and as directed

Materials and labour for preparation of new treated steel surfaces of any description, not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red lead complete all as specified and as directed

Removing excavated material n exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point in soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Surface excavation n.exc (not exceeding) 30 cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Materials and labour 100 mm thick cement concrete type D-2,1:4:8 (40mm graded aggregate) as in subbase all as per specified and as directed.

Materials and labour 70 mm thick cement concrete type B-1,1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate) as in subbase all as per specified and as directed

Materials and labour Chequered cement concrete tiles 30cm x 30cm x 25mm thick, set, jointed with grey cement pigment and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors including 15mm thick screed beding layer of cement plaster (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.
