Earth work in excavation for foundation trenches of walls, retaining walls, retaining walls, footings of columns, steps, septic tank etc., including refilling (return filling) the quantity as necessary after completion of work, breaking clods in return filling, dressing, watering and ramming etc. and removal of surplus earth with all lead and lifts as directed and specified in following classifications of soils including bailing out water where necessary as directed and specified.(A) Upto a depth of 2.00m below the existing ground level.

In ordinary soil

Extra lead per km truck carriage for sand gravel beyond the initial lead of 8 km.

Earth/ Sand filling in plinth in layer not more than 150mm thick including necessary, carriage, watering, ramming etc. complete as directed and specified including payment of land compensation, Forest Royalty, Sales Tax and other duties and taxes as may be necessary.

With silt (predominantly non plastic ) by truck carriage including loading and unloading.

Plain cement concrete works with coarse aggregate, of sizes 13mm to 32mm in foundation bed for footing, steps, walls, brick works etc. as directed and specified including dewatering if necessary, and curing complete(Shuttering where necesary shall be measured and paid separately)

In prop. 1 cement :3 sand : 6 coarse aggregate by volume.

Providing and laying plain/reinforced cement concrete works with coarse sand & 20mm down aded stone aggregate including dewatering if necessary, and curing complete but excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced cement concrete work (form work and reinforcement will be measured and paid separately.)

Using mixture machine

In sub-structure upto plinth level.

Foundation, footings, columns with base, tie and plinth beam, pile cap, base, slab, retaining walls, walls of septic tank, inspection pit and the like and other works not less than 100mm thick up to plinth level.

Without Using admixture, plasticiser etc for air entraining, water reducing purposes including addition of agent for changing normal setting time of concrete as required.

M20 grade concrete or Prop. 1:1.5:3

In superstructure from plinth level to 1st floor level.

Columns, pillars, posts, struts, suspended floor, roof, landing, shelf and support, balcony, lintel, sill band, beam, girder,bressumer, cantilever, staircase (except spiral stair case and landing) including preparing the top surface and finishing of nosing.

Stone masonary work in retaining wall, wing wall, abutment, foundation, steps, plinth etc. in cement mortar in prop 1:6 with levelling course of 1:6:12 with both faces hammer dressed including bonding, providing face stone, through stone and centering including racking of joints, curing and supplying and all carriage of stone as directed including payment of forest royalty and sales tax and carriage.

Random Rubble Masonry

Supplying, fitting and fixing in position reinforcement bars conforming to relevant I.S. Code for R.C.C. work/ R.B. walling including straightening, cleaning, cutting and bending to proper shapes and length as per details, supplying and binding with

20G annealed black wire and placing in position with proper blocks, supports, chairs, spacers etc. complete. (No extra measurement for lap, hook, chair, anchor etc. will be entertained in the measurement as they are included in the rate) (Upto all levels)

Providing polished tiles of approved quality, size, shape of specified thickness on pavers over a base of 100mm compacted sand gravel including cutting where necessary finished with flush pointing with Fix-A-Tile (Choksey / Sika / Pedelite / Rouf) /white cement slurry mixed with approved pigment to match shade of tiles complete at all levels as specified and directed. (Coloured pigment should be in conformity with colour of tiles and as approved and directed by the Department).

SUN ROCK HIGH CTS Tiles (Pavers)

80 mm thick

Providing Transporating to site,laying,fitting and fixing at all levels tiles for following purpose of SUNROCK-Hi-CTS tiles of high density cement concrete designer coloured tiles made of 100% pure white cement tested as per IS-1237-1980 of approved quality,size shape of thickness 5mm to 50mm to be ancored by adhesive cement and copper wire anchoring including cutting where necessary finished with flush pointing with polymer modified cementations tile joint filler of "ROOF RAINBOW TILE MATE-140" white cement slurry mixed with approved pigment to match shade of tiles complete as specified and directed.(Coloured pigment should be in conformity with color of tiles and as approved and directed by the department. (Cloud, Wave, Old Rock, English Stone)

10 mm thick Cement plaster in single coat on fair side of brick/concrete walls for interior plastering up toall levels including arises or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm

girth and finished even and smooth including curing complete as directed.

15 mm thick Cement plaster in single coat on single or half brick wall for interior plastering up toall levels including arises, internal rounded angles, not exceeding 80mm girth and finished even and smooth including curing complete as directed.

On rough side

In cement mortar 1:4

Raised and cut pointing on Ashler masonry or concrete block walling in white cement mortar 1:3 (1 white cement : 3 marble dust) including curing complete as directed. (Measurementshall be taken on surface area of the wall)

Providing two coats of acrylic water based wall putty/ wall filler of Asian Paints/ Berger/ Dulux over concrete/ cement plaster/ brick walls and ceilings both internal and external after removing all the loosely adhering material from the wall/ ceiling surface with the help of emery stone, putty blade or wire brush, moistening the wall with the help of sufficient quantity of clear water as specified and directed by the department.

Providing two coats of Birla White Wall Care Putty (Water Resistant White Cement based putty for concrete/ mortar walls and ceiling both internal and external) after removing all loosely adhering material from the wall surface with the help of emery stone, putty blade or wire brush and moistening the wall with sufficient quantity of clean water as specified and directed by the department. (Total thickness of two coats is maximum 1.5mm)

Applying one coat of cement primer of approved brand and manufacture on new wall surface after throughly brooming the surfaces free from mortar droppings and other foreign matter and including preparing the surface even and sand papered smooth.

Finishing wall with water proofing cement paint of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on new wall surface (two coats) to give an even shade after throughly brooming the surfaces to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials.

Wall painting (two or more coats) with Plastic emulsion paint approved brand and manufacture (Asian/Nerolac/Berger) on new surface to give an even shade after throughly brushing the surface free from mortar droppings and other foreign matter and sand papered smooth.

Priming coat with alkali resistant primer

Finishing wall with two or more coats of acrylic emulsion exterior coatings of Unicem "Rakshak" brand of required shade by thinning 1ltr. of paint with 750ml of water to give an even shade after throughly brooming the surfaces to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials as specified and directed by the department.

Supplying and laying of permanent wall finish for interior and exterior walls with surface coating of Heritage Surface Texture of Bakelite Hylam Limited for all types of buildings at all levels as specified and directed by the department

Applying primary coat over new steel and other metal surface over 100mm in width or girth after preparing the surface by thoroughly cleaning oil, grease, dirt and other foreign matter and scoured with wire brushes, fine steels, wood scrapers and sand paper.

With ready mixed "red-lead/red oxide" primer.

Painting two coats (excluding priming coat) on new steel and other metal surface with enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture ( Asian paint/Berger paint/ ICI paint/J&N paint/ Nerolac/johnson) to give an even shade including cleaning the surface of all dirt, dust and other foreign matter.

Surfaces over 100mm in width/girth.

General purpose (Asian paint/Berger paint/ ICI paint/J& K paint/Nerolac/ johnson make.

Providing fitting and fixing of MS grating of required patern for drain cover with MS flats/ square bars at required spacing in frame all round with MS angle all complete.

Fixed to Brickwork/P.C.C/R.C.C.

Providing barbed wire on the existing barbed wire fencing with seven strands of barbed wire 12 S.W. G.x 2pliesx 4 points at 75mm apart including supplying, fitting and fixing with galvanised staples 38mm x 38mm x 3mm sizes with existing posts of the fencing, including removing rotten barbed wire as directed, complete with strengthening of post and tightening of the old barbed wire and joinining old serviceable pieces on remaining lines as and where necessary and as directed.
