M & L Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600×600× 6mm thick, buried directly in ground (top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metres below normal ground level) connected to GI wire 4.0mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel connected to earthing test point all as specified including 20 mm GI tubing medium grade and necessary fitting for protection of GI wire including laying of charcoal dust and common salt in alternate layers of 150mm the PCC chamber using PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate), RCC cover 40mm thick (1:2:4) type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) reinforced with 8 mm dia round bars @ 100 mm C/C both ways with MS Handle 8 mm dia, plastering 15 mm thick CM (1:6) externally up to 150 mm below ground level, GI funnel with 20 mm dia medium grade GI Pipe for watering and wire mesh including excavation and earthwork and disposal of surplus soil complete all as specified and shown on Electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part-I (2009) and connected to earth test point including testing and marking Building Nos and writing Test Results (in white) on blank painted M.S. Plate (size 300x300x3 mm) duly welded with angle iron of size 40x40x5 mm, 60 Cm long, fixed with the earth pit chamber by grouting complete including testing all as specified and directed.Note:-(i) GI wire and GI pipe medium grade, upto 7.5m shall be deemed to be included in the rates quoted.(ii) Excavation and earthwork in any type of soil strata shall be deemed to be included in the rates quoted.(iii) The Steel work, RCC , PCC work shall be deemed to be included in the rates quoted.

M&L for drilling tube well in all kinds of soil and rock for installation with DTH rig machine all complete including Supply of all materials, labours, tools, drilling, rigs, air compressor and equipment as well as lubricant for making 165 mm dia boring from 0.00 m to 30.00 m below GL and cost of transporting machine and other vehicle up to site of work complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Sl Item No. 7.07 above but for boring of 31 m to 60 m complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, assembling, lowering and fixing in vertical position in bore well, un plasticized 150 mm nominal bore PVC medium well casing (CM) pipe of required dia, conforming to IS : 12818, including required hire and labour charges, fittings & accessories etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, assembling and lowering 150 mm nominal bore PVC medium fine cut having wall thickness 8 mm slotted pipe with slot of size 1/8” wide & 3” long each and numbers as per location of intermediate aquifers, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Development of tube well in accordance with IS : 2800 (Part-I) and IS :11189, to establish maximum rate of usable water yield without sand content (beyond permissible limit, with required capacity air compressor running the compressor for required time till well is fully developed, measuring yield of well by “V” notch method or any other approved method, measuring static level & draw down etc. by step draw down method, collecting water samples & getting tested in approved lab , i/c disinfection of tube well complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and lowering of G.I. pipe of 50 mm dia medium grade including of required fittings as per site requirement complete job all as specified and directed.

S&F of suitable size thread mild steel cap or spot welded plate to the top of bore well housing/casing pipe, removable as per requirements, all complete for bore well of 100 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Mild steel clamps of required dia to the top of casing/housing pipe of tube well as per IS :2800 (Part-I). including necessary bolts & nuts of required size complete all as specified and directed. Note: Mild steel clamps, bolts & nuts shall be measured in Kgs and paid.

Supplying, installing, testing and commissioning of submersible pump set confirming to IS-8034 and motor conforming to IS- 9283. Pump shall be suitable for 75Mtr delivery head and discharge @ 85 LPM with stainless steel pump shaft and polypropylene/Nory impeller. Motor suitable for working on 415 V +10 % 3 PH, 50 Hz, AC supply with cable guard, thrust carbon/fibre bearing to withstand entire hydraulic thrust, water proof winding shall be provided. The Pump set shall be suitable for direct coupling. Pump shall have suitable outlet as per manufacturers design. Anti-thrust stream lined non-return valve shall be provided with Pump inclusive of 50 m long submersible copper conductor cable in single/double run and starter and nylon rope as required length shall be provided with each pump. Submersible pump set should be of 100 mm gross dia complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Well burnt Sub class 'B', Old Sized bricks laid dry, flat, over the cable abutting each other, length of brick equal to width of brick complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Construction of RCC Septic tank 100 Users designed to carry sewage and sullage water, excavation in any type of soil, PCC 1:4:8, Type D2 (Using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) below foundation, RCC M-30 Design Mix in walls, Base slab, Baffle walls and Roof Slab including beams etc with vent shaft, Manhole openings with cover connection etc complete all as specified and shown on TD drawings.

M&L for Construction of Soakage well 3.60 Mtr dia x 4.50 Mtr effective depth, excavation in any type of soil, foundation in PCC 1:3:6, Type C2(Using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) walls of honey combed masonry with top ring of M-25 concrete including intercepting chamber and screen chamber made of Brick Masonry in CM 1:4, RCC cover slab in M25 cover, interconnecting pipes of RCC complete filled with brick bats in effective depth etc complete all as specified and shown on TD drawings.

S&F Water heater storage vertical type, puff insulation type of 50 ltrs capacity and 2000 watts, BEE star rated-5, with glass line inner shell with hot & cold pipe, water connection pipe, electric connection and necessary fixing arrangement and including writing MES No complete all as specified and directed.
