STANDING ORDER / RATE CONTRACT FOR SUPPLY, REMOVING AND FIXING OF ROOF SHEETS ON DOOR DELIVERY BASIS AND CALLUP BASIS AT HBL PLANT SUGAULI AND LAURIYA

Dismantling and removal of existing damaged/corroded PPGI sheets from the roof and side sheeting of the designated buildings/houses, at an approximate working height of 30 metres, including safe access, dismantling, lowering of removed sheets, segregation and shifting of dismantled materials/scrap to the designated location as directed by HBL. The quoted rate shall be inclusive of all labour, experienced supervisor, tools & tackles, safety equipment/PPE, safety harnesses, lifting/lowering arrangements, scaffolding/access arrangements and all other resources and incidental requirements necessary for safe and complete execution of the work at height.

Supply of Colour Coated Galvalume Steel Profile Sheets Manufactured by TATA/JSW from base Thickness 0.50 as per ASTM A 446 having yield stress of 275 MPA. Surface shall have not dip metallic coating of Aluminum Zinc Alloy Comprising of 55% Aluminum, 43.5% Zinc & 1.5% Silicon with 5-7 Micron EPOXY Primer and Polyester Top Coat of 15-18 Micron both side, Total Coated thickness (TCT) of 0.58 mm, Color-Blue (Top color light blue & back colour-light grey) & Fixing New Sheets with Self Drilling and Self Tapping Screws With EPDM Gasket and Required Accessories Providing Required Overlaps as Per the Standards Covering and Overlaps with Necessary Sealants in Complete Respects. Measurement of Fixed Roof Sheets will be Considered for Measurement and Payment. Damage During Work Will be on Account of Contractor and Same will not be Considered for Payment. Work to be carried at height of Approx. +30 Mtrs. Rate to Include Labour, Supervision, Tools & Tackles Materials Complete in all respect. Note: 6” overlapping in both end will not be counted in measurement.

Supply & Fixing of 0.5 mm thick coloured Galvalume crimping curve roofing sheets (TATA/JSW), including all required accessories, fasteners, L-type hooks, washers, nuts, bolts, sealing materials and other incidental items, complete in all respects. The sheets shall be installed with the required side and end overlaps as per applicable standards and manufacturer’s recommendations to ensure proper weather-tightness and structural stability. The Contractor shall carry out all necessary cutting, drilling, alignment, fixing and finishing works required for proper installation of the roofing sheets. All accessories and consumables required for successful completion of the work shall be deemed to be included in the Contractor’s quoted rate.
