INTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION

Item No 1 : M&L for point wiring complete with PVC insulated and unsheathed cable 1.5 sq mm (nominal area) stranded copper conductor single core conforming to IS : 694 including medium duty concealed PVC conduit conforming to IS : 9537 ( Part-3) and ISI marked not less than 20 mm dia with concealed in wall pressed steel terminal boxes not less than 2 mm thick of reqd. size (factory made) including painting terminal boxes inside and outside with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer and with top cover 3 mm thick of plastic laminated sheets of required colour,complete with all accessories and all as specified including PVC insulated and unsheathed cable 1.5 sqmm (nominal area) stranded copper conductor single core conforming to IS : 694 of green colour as earth wire to common earth and connected to earth dolly drawn in same concealed conduit complete for the following :-

Item No 4 : Supplying & fixing exhaust fan 300mm sweep , metallic body and blades, complete with louvers including making suitable making at appropriate height alongwith provisions of nuts and bolts on wall for fixing and connected with suitable wire , complete all as specified and as directed. Model : Havells 'Vent Air DB) or equivalent as approved by GE from the list of makes.

Item No 5 : Sub main wiring with 02 runs of 2.5 sqmm and 01 run of 1.5 sqmm , FR, PVC Insulated, Unsheathed, Multistranded Copper Conductor cable, 1100 Volts, ISI Marked, drawing through and including concealed PVC rigid conduit not less than 20mm dia. complete with necessary fittings such as junction boxes couplings, unions bends reducers, inspection elbows, plugs, sealing conduits etc complete all as specified and directed . ( Note: 2 runs of 2.50 Sqmm cable and 1 run of 1.50 Sqmm cable with one run of conduit will be measured as one unit i.e RM).

EARTH WORK

Item No 27 : Supply only approved earth from outside the MOD land and bringing to the site and compacted in layers not exceeding 25cm thick including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming , of excavated soil of any type lcomplete all as specified. Note: A deduction of 10% shall be made from total computed volume of filling to cater in bulk irrespective of machinery used for ramming.
