PROVIDING SERVICES FOR MANNING AND OPERATION OF 3 X 21 TR AC PLANT AT INHS NIVARINI AT INS CHILKA UNDER GE CHILKA

Manning and Operation of package type central air conditioning plant of capacity 3 x 21 TR and equipments installed at INHS NIVARINI in 3 shifts of 08 hours each , including sundays and holidays by employing one Operator (Semi-skilled) for AC Plant and entire system along with AHUs and Electrical panel board including maintenance of necessary records and documents complete all as specified and as directed for the following shift :- 1st Shift : 06.00 hours to 14.00 hours 2nd Shift : 14.00 hours to 22.00 hours 3rd Shift : 22.00 hours to 06.00 hours Note :- (i) The rate quoted is deemed to be inclusive of the cost of log books of the plants, plant running records and plant maintenance record books and registers and cost of T&P for maint and minor consumable such as PVC insulation tape screws, grease, soap, detergent waste cloths etc. for day to day maintenance/cleaning.

(ii)The contractor has to supply uniform to the employee for wearing during the working hours. Unit rate quoted by the tenderer is inclusive of cost of uniform. The type and pattern of uniform uniform shall be approved by GE. The uniform shall have the name of the operator and the name of the firm embossed on the shirt. (iii) The monthly preventive maintenance like cleaning of AHU filters, condesnsors etc, shall be carried out by technician. Spares if required for replacement will be provided by the department. Contractor and the operators employed at the plant are liable to keep the surrounding of the plant clean, free from vegetation in a hygienic condition. (iv) Basic mobile phone, emergency light, tools and plant shall be provided by contractor for smooth functioning of installations. (v) Minimum wages shall be as per notification issued by the Chief Labour Commissioner (Central), Ministry of Labour and Employment, Government of India. Any increase in wages rates during the period of contract shall be paid by the contractor at his own cost.

(vi) The quoted rate shall include EPF, ESI, LWC, GST etc as applicable as per current rates / rules. Rate quoted shall be deemed to be inclusive of any future enhancement and shall be born by the contractor at his own cost. The contractors shall submit copy of receipts of EPF, ESI as applicable etc in respect of his employees alongwith RAR/FB while claiming payment. (vii) Contractor shall made payment to his employees through Aadhar link bank account and copy of receipt of such payment shall be submitted to Engineer-in-Charge for their verification. (vii) In case of non submission of copy of receipt of EPF, ESI etc as applicable, the RAR/Final bill payment with not be entertained by the department for which responsibility shall be rest with the contractor.
