Supplying and injecting with approved quality chemical emulsion at the rates and concentrations as per IS 6313-2001 Part II for post Anti-termite treatment to existing buildings as per manufacturers specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Work to be executed by approved agency and specified guarantee for 7 (Seven) years shall be furnished by the tenderer. Payment will be cleared only after submission of guarantee.

Supplying, stacking and laying of 230 mm thick rubble soling stones as under floor base including packing with smaller stone and compacting, ramming including spreading and consolidation of blinding material, moorum etc. complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Using TMT bars of specified grades all dia bars. TMT bars to be supplied by the contractor manufactured by other than SAIL, RINL or TATA and approved brands of BARC only

Providing Structural steel work in M.S Plain Plates and chequrred Plates for Embedded Parts, Trench Covers, Connection plates etc.including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved zinc chromate steel primer etc.including cost of structural steel Plates, welding all labour charges etc. complete as per drawings and specifications. Using materials produced by the own plants of SAIL , RINL (Vizag Steel) , TATA or other approved brand only using virgin materials. All test reports to be provided along with the supply of the materials

Providing Structural steel work using angles, channels, joists and other sections, welded and / or bolted in built up sections for trusses , structural steel floors, frame works, monorails and other structures including supplying, cutting, welding, fabricating, hoisting, fixing in position, applying a priming coat of approved steel primer etc. complete all as per specifications, drawings and as directed by the Engineer in charge Up to and including 300 mm Joists, 350 mm channels, and below sections using materials produced by SAIL / RINL (Vizag Steel) / TATA or other approved brand. All test reports to be provided along with the supply of the materials

Providing and fixing at all levels MS bolts including nuts and washers of approved size, quality and make as per requirements and as per specifications, drawings complete all as directed at site by the Engineer in charge

Providing and injecting approved non shrink cementitious grout in proportion recommended by the manufacturer into cracks, holes, honey comb area of concrete / masonry by suitable gun pump at required pressure including cutting of nipples after curing etc. complete as per direction of the Project Engineer. Note- The measurement will be made on the basis of actual weight of approved grout poweder utilized for grouting.)

Providing , centering ,shuttering Form work using PVC film faced plywood to get a neat form finish surface for all types of structures including necessary strutting, proping, staging, supports etc and deshuttering the same after the specified time all as per drawings, specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge at all levels - In substructure

Providing, applying and finishing walls with two coats of premium fine textured exerior paint of required shade over new work including base coat of water proof cement paint, preparation of the surfaces, scaffolding complete. as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge .On Plain plastered / concrete sufaces

Providing and Painting two coats of synthetic enamel paint on Steel Surfaces of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade with a primer coat.including preparation of the surfaces, scaffolding complete. as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Providing , supplying and fixing PREMOULDED Duraboard Supreme HD 100 ('CAPCELL' or other approved manufacture) for expansion joints including cutting, positioning, supporting, scaffolding & filling with approved sealing compound etc. at all levels substructure and Super structure complete as per drawings and specifications and as directed by the Project engineer at site. a) 50 mm thick ( for more than 50 mm thick joints Boards to be pasted together as per manufacturers specifications every 50 mm thick shall be measured and paid for.

Preparation and consolidation of sub-grade (Proof Rolling) with power roller of 8 to 10T capacity including excavating earth to an average thickness of 22.5 cms depth, dressing to camber and consolidating with road roller including making good the undulations etc. and rerolling the subgrade and disposal of surplus earth within a lead of 200 m
