Making of arrangement of all the required safety equipments (i.e. safety belts, folding ladders, safety helmets, safety shoes etc.) at site for safety of man power during execution of work. The work is to be carried out in 6 meter approx. deep tank.

Making of the temporary platform in the 6 meter approx. deep aeration chamber below aerator unit with the help of bracket with rassa, bamboo, wooden balli and other arrangement. This also includes the cost of dismantling of shuttering after completion of work.

Dismantling of the existing defective propeller fans and shifting the same outside of the aeration tank with the help of required mechanical equipment, men power and crane etc as per site requirement.

Replacement of the damaged flanges of the existing Hollow Shaft, made out from solid steel. Job also includes making of holes in the flanges as per site requirement.

Fabrication and supply of new propeller fan made out from 5 mm thick M.S. Sheet and having three M.S. Blades as per sample.

Fabrication and supply of new Hollow Shaft made out from MS C Class Pipe. Job including fixing the flanges on the both ends as per sample.

Erection of the complete aerator units, after renovation work / assembling of the above supplied items, in the aeration chamber with the help of required T&P, man power and crane. The job also includes supply of nut bolt , washer as required for the job.
