Construction of CC flooring in front of Non Trauma Casualty in SCBMCH, Cuttack for the year 2025-26

Dismantling and removing old damaged tile flooring upto required depth including stacking the useful materials for re-use and removing the debris away from work site within 50m. lead etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling & removing damaged cement concrete and cleaning the surface and removing the debris away from worksite, stacking the useful materials for re-use including cost of all labour, T&P required for the work etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying 100mm uniform thick "Tremix/ VDF Flooring with Plain Cement Concrete of M-30 grade (Miniumum cement content 406kg / cum) in alternate panels of 4mX3m using with 20mm and down graded Black hard granite Crusher broken Stone Chips including hire charges of screed board vibrator, placing of filter mat, top mat, vaum process, power troweling, brooming, T&P charges including power, loading, unloading, making grooves of 6mm wide and 25mm deep @1.5mm C/C both ways, filling the joints with approved quantity sealing compound "Grade A" including cost of all materials, cost of labours, conveyance, taxes, royalty, labour cess etc complete as per the specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing, lifting, hoisting and laying in position machine batched machine mixed with concrete mixture at site and machine vibrated design mix cement concrete of M-30 grade including the cost of centring and shuttering (minium cement content not less than 407kg/cum) grade in reinforced cement concrete structural elements using Black Hard Crusher Broken Granite Chips of approved quality from approved quarry including mixing and compacting to proper shape and size, level and plumbs and finishing the exposed surface smooth including the cost of all materials, cost of labour, conveyanes, loading, unloading, royalties, watering and curing for the required period, T&P, hire and running charges of concrete mixture and vibrator, cost of admixutre in recommended proportion (as per IS:9103) to accelerate, retared setting of concrete, improve workability without imparing strength and durability etc complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge, but excluding cost of steel reinforcement, RCC foundation and footing bases of columns, mass concrete, precast slab etc)

Carriage of surplus Earth/ Debris by Mechanical Means upto 5KM. Lead including Cost of all Labour for Loading & Unloading Charges, Transportation and spreading in layers at the dumping area etc. Complete as per specification & direction of Engineering-in-charge.
