Scope of Work
Deputation of team for dismentling of Turbine assembly of UNIT-1 includes dismantling of draft tube, bottom cover, guide vanes, link liver assembly, runner and its associated accessories.
Transportation of the Draft tube, Top cover, bottom Cover and guide vanes to factory and back to Bhabanagar.
Fabrication of new link liver assembly of guide vanes with the help of casting, machining, turning, welding, grinding along with gunmetal bushes in the liver. (As per sample)
Fabrication of Guide vanes of shaft dia. 20 mm and face width 45 mm having weight of approx. 2.5 kg with the help of casting, machining, grinding, turning, buffering. (As per sample).
Repair of draft tube and designing a groove for o-ring in the face of draft tube along with modification of draft tube so that it will get weel alligned to the discharge flange on the floor.
Assseembling, alignment and commisssioning of the complete turbine assembly of UNIT-1 of Rukti HEP. The machine must be tested for full load (375 KW) for 74 Hrs.
